Verblijf was ok

Cons:

Ik wacht ondertussen al een maand op mijn factuur. Ofwel sturen ze die verkeerd, ofwel krijg ik geen reactie.
Heel vervelend als je zelf je boekhouding moet doorgeven.

De badkamer was suuuuper mooi maar persoonlijk niet zo heel praktisch.. het was heel donker licht om mijn make up te doen

Vroeger waren we daar zeer tevreden en nu niet.
Pros:

Het zicht aan de vijver.

Cons:

Er waren te weinig plaatsen bij het ontbijt. Het buffet werd niet tijdig aangevuld.
Het was koud op de kamer. We moesten een klein elektrisch vuurtje gebruiken, maar dit was niet voldoende.
Het water van de wc bleef lopen.

Goed geslapen maar verouderd

De locatie en het meer eebij

Cons:

We zijn hier 10 jaar geleden geweest en je zag nu wel dat alles wel eens een opknapbeurt nodig had. Ook erg dat je als gast moet betalen om de parking te gebruiken
Prijzig voor een kamer die wel eens een serieuze opknap kan gebruiken

Ontbijt was ook veel te duur voor wat er maar was.
Voor deze prijs al veel uitgebreider gegeten

Cons:

The room had a small hot air fan never seen a thing like this in a 4 star hotel. NO CENTRAL HEATING NO AC HEATING ? .
. I paid 20 euro extra for a double bed.A double bed was 2 single beds with a matrass topper on top during the night the beds would separate not really a double bed and certainly not worth 20 euro extra

inzet van personeel , verkeerde kamer was gebooked en de dame in dienst heeft zoveel mogelijk geholpen

Pros:

Receptionist was extremely helpful. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

Had a small fan heater in bedroom however didn't do alot to keep the room warm. Very minimal plug sockets in room. Bodywork was empty in bathroom .
