Rustig hotel in een groene omgeving
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een rustige locatie omgeven door een park met een meer.
Het onthaal was super.
Heel vriendelijke dame aan de balie.
We kregen een upgrade kamer met een tweepersoonsbed en met zicht op het meer, zonder opleg te moeten betalen.
We werden verwelkomd met een glaasje bubbels.

Cons:

De airco werkte niet optimaal.
Maar voor de rest geen negatieve opmerkingen

Mooie kamer maar nog veel werk aan de winkel om 4 sterren te verantwoorden.

Uitzicht vanuit onze kamer op het meer en gratis drankje bij ontvangst

Cons:

Er waren problemen met de douche in onze kamer. Ofwel was het water ijskoud ofwel zeer heet maar niets er tussenin. De zeepjes van douchegel en handzeep waren ook niet aangevuld. Er was één dame aan het ontbijt om alles te regelen: klanten ontvangen, tafels afruimen, terug indekken, buffet aanvullen dus met gevolg dat er veel niet was aangevuld en al op was om 9u ‘‘s morgens. Ook koffiemachines waren vuil en onhygiënisch. Dus voor de prijs van een 4 sterren hotel was het wel ondermaats.

Mits iets rusterige kamer, aangenaam en comfortabel verblijf.
Pros:

De bedden waren zeer confortabel, kamer was ideaal qua ruimte en netheid.
Ontbijt verzorgd en voldoende bevooraad, geen opmerking.

Cons:

temp op kamer was vrij warm. sliepen met raam open daardoor veel lawaai van parking en autos op straat.
Bij aankomst zat doos met kleenex kletsnat in kastje badkamer ( raar ). heb deze verwijderd naar vuilnisemmer.
