Aangenaam en verwelkomend. 😊
Pros:

De douche was super warm wat zalig was, ook de zeepjes ruiken super lekker. Alleen waren twee flesjes leeg terwijl we nieuw in de kamer waren maar oke ik heb gewoon de andere gebruikt. De kamer was mooi ingericht. Ze hadden voor mijn baby's eerste hotelbezoek extra versierd wat kei lief is. Het ontbijt was super lekker en vers. Ook de decoratie en inrichting in de ontbijtruimte en in het hele hotel is leuk. In de kamers zou er iets meer jungle thema mogen zou het extra leuk maken. Ook de locatie en uitzicht op het Molenvijverpark was zalig!!! We zijn over het algemeen super blij en komen zeker eens terug.

Cons:

Het enige minpunt: de bedden. Ik heb nog nooit in mijn leven zo slecht geslapen, die matrassen zijn van een soort schuim. Leek wel of ik in een waterbed lag ik gleed er telkens vanaf en het voelde daardoor koud aan. Ik ben 3x wakker geworden en in de ochtend hadden we beide rugpijn. Moesten er dus betere bedden komen zou dit hotel echt 5 sterren mogen krijgen. Want al de rest was super!!!

Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel.
Kregen upgrade van kamer, met zicht op het meer
Man was gevallen, kledij werdt zonder probleem in wasmachine gestopt en uitgewassen.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec un beau et grand parc idéal pour se promener.
Le déjeuner et le souper sont très bons et copieux.
La chambre est spacieuse, avec une belle vue sur le parc.

Cons:

Le prix du parking est un peu élevé ; je pense qu’il devrait être gratuit pour les clients d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

De ruime familiekamer en het top ontbijtpakketje.

Cons:

Douchekop hing te laag, familiekamer was heel ongezellig en er was een vieze kussenovertrek. Ook hadden we een aparte kamer verwacht maar vier bedden waren in 1 ruimte gepropt.
