Bed bugs / total scam with regards to fleecing me because i was early
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Fumigated the mattress and pillows as i was bitten to pieces by bed bugs.
I was very annoyed to have to pay more money for a room that was standing empty anyway just because i was early for check in i had just spent 39 hours on a train i cant help what time they arrive. Very very poor customer service will never use you again

The hotel is fairly new and has good wifi

Cons:

There was a rat inside the room. The hotel staff took 2 hours to attend to it and asked to check inside the bathroom from time to time and call them if I saw the rat.

UK. Cheap as chips and you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Staff brilliant. Alcohol free vegetarian hotel? (On some nights?)
Closeness to Taj unbelievable. 100 metres to peace and quiet. Taj viewable from its 4th floor building work.

Cons:

Toilet was leaking and eventually burst its pipes. 🤢

They have to fix the problem with bed bugs, would not recommend staying there.
Cons:
