Relacion calidad precio muy correcta. Muy buena ubicacion
Pros:

En pleno centro pero sin ruidos. Pequeño pero confortable. Segundo sin ascensor y bastante alto

Cons:

Por fuera el portal es horrible viejo y sin ningun cuidado, por noches da hasta miedo. Cocina tiene lo minimo. Cambiaron codigo acceso y al llegar por la noche con 1% bateria en movil tuve q hablarle a persona que lo lleva y rapidamento lo resolvio. Pero buen susto! De noche y sin bateria y sin poder

Pros:

La posizione era ottima, nel centro storico a 20 min a piedi dalla stazione centrale e a 15 min a piedi dalla metro.
I servizi sono tutti vicini e c’è ampia scelta .
La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta, le dimensioni dell’appartamento erano giuste per 2 persone.

Cons:

Nota molto dolente la mancanza di una finestra in grado di cambiare l’aria, la finestra presente coincide con l’entrata dei vari appartamenti dove vi è un’ulteriore finestra che sfocia su un’altra finestra ancora.
L’aria purtroppo non circolava e dovendola tenere aperta per almeno respirare non avevamo più privacy in quanto coincideva con l’entrata degli altri ospiti.

La vera Napoli
Pros:

La assoluta disponibilità di Laura, referente della struttura. Mi è piaciuto inoltre la posizione del B&B, che mi ha consentito di muovermi in autonomia a piedi raggiungendo tutto quello che mi interessava a Spaccanapoli e via Toledo.

Desagüe ducha atascado
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, el edificio muy típico con su encanto Napolitano, el apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario, jabones, toallas, secador de pelo. Quizás en la cocina, falta un mesita por si quieres comer allí, aunque nosotros no la necesitamos ya que hay muchas opciones de restaurantes cerca.

Cons:

El desagüe de la ducha estaba embozado y tenías que ducharte con parones para dar tiempo a que tragase el agua para que no se saliera.
Avisé y supongo que ya lo habrán arreglado

We greatly enjoyed seeing Naples.
Pros:

Convenient for the centre of Naples and station.
Once there good communication from owner’s staff.

Cons:

Soundproofing bad, constant noise from flat above.
Photos misleading, the property was smaller than expected and not a comfortable place to stay.
I don’t think we were warned about the many and steep stairs.

Buona la posizione vicino al teatro Trianon Viviani
Pros:

La posizione molto centrale. L'appartamento pulito e silenzioso. L'host ci ha fatto entrare un po' prima dell'orario previsto

Cons:

Alla domanda specifica di quante scale ci fossero da salire l'host ha risposto 2 piani per quattro rampe, senza specificare che c'era un'ultima rampa ripida e senza corrimano da fare per arrivare all'appartamento. L'unica fonte di luce e aria un vasistas piccolo e strettissimo.
