Pros:

We loved this property lovely big room with fridge, pool and gym

Cons:

Unfortunately they tried to take our deposit when leaving for a tiny washable stain on the bed, since we have been back and forth in email trying to get this refunded which has been agreed but is posing a problem due to international transfers

Pros:

The staff was great! The pool and gym and sauna were really nice too. It was my first time in a hotel as a guest but i have worked a reception many years so i recognise the high level of care that went into every detail. Thank you for making my stay so great, when I'm back in Bangkok i'll know where to go.
