我是第二次入住貴飯店的，第一次給我好印像是服務好，地點方便，整潔乾淨

Cons:

因為這幾年可能大家都知道貴飯店CP值很高，所以客人越來越多了，尤其是台灣的客人，因為我自己也是台灣來的，最感到失望的是晚上的免費宵夜，大家把餐廳當無人之地，大聲喧嘩，又是免費喝酒，喝到不知道控制，我知道這是貴飯店給客人的福利，但是有些客人都不懂的節制惜福，打擾到別人到飯店的享受了！

Excellent definitely recommend
Pros:

Loved the staff, the location, the room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good especially the French toast.

服務人員貼心，自助零食飲料吧服務讓人感受到度假感。

員工特別熱情的服務，即使一開始以為我訂到兩間房間時，語言上不便，還是相當努力地嘗試溝通，後來透過其他同仁的幫助確認沒問題後，給我們雞蛋花髮夾時也給予了相當溫暖又燦爛的微笑，服務人員真的很棒，讓人有滿滿度假感，不過建議下次辦理入住時可以多提醒晚上回去有門禁時間要逼卡，因為自己不夠認真上去看資訊，晚上出門後回來，在門口有點不知所措，哈。

Cons:

覺得活動時間是否可以稍微提前，感覺辦在11點，對大多數旅人而言退房就是要去跑行程吃午餐或趕飛機了，所能提早至九點，或者是下午五點或六點這種出門前或抵達飯店要休息的時間，比較有機會參與到，女兒因為沒辦法參與串珠活動覺得很惋惜。
