I liked the friendly and attentive staff
The facilities were subpar and the finishes of the room were poor. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, needs remodeling asap. Curtains in the room are dirty. Room was decent.
There is no much to see outside the hotel

The hotel was well situated to access the airport and a nearby conference venue. The rooms were spacious and well maintained.
We booked from the night before our 6/7am arrival to ensure our rooms were available when we got there. When we arrived we found our rooms had been cancelled and resold as we had not checked in, despite no contact being made to confirm if we would be arriving still. The manager informed us we would not be charged for the first night, but we were subsequently charged 50% as an early check-in fee for the subsequent night. The mix up and subsequent reneging of the first night's charge was very disappointing.
Bedsheets were dirty with stains
I was denied accommodation. I was extremely disappointed!
I don’t know where to start. The honest truth is that this place deserves 1/2 star because their elevator worked perfectly throughout my stay.
They changed my room 3 times for one common issue which is cleanliness. The beddings had visible stains with hairs. The overall state of the cleaning is poor. Wi-Fi is weak.
Breakfast options are limited.
Phone in the room doesn’t work. TV doesn’t work. The pool isn’t available in one of the hottest month of the year. The mattress and pillow are very hard.
In the end, what are you paying for ?
The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The hotel was safe also being in the diplomatic area.
Breakfast buffet and room service menu need more varieties. Internet speed requires little more attention.
Very disappointed about the hotel, weak internet connection and not very kind personnel. The restaurent very expensive when considering the quality of meals.
It conviennent for us as it is walking distance to work. The food at the restaurant is good but not always taste the same thing from day to day. The breakfast do not offert yogurt. They offer waffle but nothing to put on it. But the employees are very nice and they always welcoming you.
The hotel is conveniently located at a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Excellent facility with most efficient staff. Very clean hotel.
