Great location & amenities with no personality
Pros:

The property was in a very good location close to shopping, temples and the train station. The hotel has an onsen and provides free ice cream and ramen.

Cons:

The hotel has absolutely no personality, there are no pictures in the room, or hallway. There is no place to sit in the lobby or the “lounge”. The pillows are like bags of cement and the rooms are small and dreary. The front desk reception team does not greet you at all upon arriving and departing the hotel. There is no room cleaning or towel service. However it’s definitely a popular hotel with the locals as the onsen is packed at all hours but they do keep it very clean.

離祇園站很近，如果是坐七偎線也可以；晚上有免費的醬油拉麵當宵夜，房間看起來比較舊，但整潔沒問題。

Pros:

朝食はメニューが豊富で、名産食も多く、とても美味しい｡
フロ上がりの無料の豊富なアイス、ヤクルト、とても贅沢でした。
またスタッフさんは皆さん親切で、とても丁寧です。次もここにします。

7樓至9樓每層都帶吸煙區，樓下就是便利商店，每晚都有免費拉麵供應，整體很讚，下次也會入住。

Will stay here again at low travel season.
Pros:

If you like onsen. Relax after a long day of walking, this hotel is it. They have free ramen after 9:00 pm that is very nice too.
Location is very nice. It is close to almost all major attractions and shopping mall.

Cons:

Double room does not mean two beds, it is just a larger (not that large either) for two person. If you need two beds, reserve Twin room.
Extra charge for daily clean is not what I expected from a hotel.
