The rooms were comfortable. Location is very convenient in Chembur.
The staff was friendly, polite and helpful.

Functional work hotel in a locality where not much option exists.
Pros:

Good room size, but could definitely do with better cleanliness and facilities in the room. The Ac was broken in the very first night. The room could also do with some extra table or vanity as there is literally no space in the bathrooms.

Cons:

Very tiny bathroom with absolutely no space for toiletries.Daily sweeping , dusting and mopping could be better. And the linen definitely needs to be refreshed. One of the rooms, the pillows were also quite lumpy.
