Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt more than comfortable from the very first moment. This place truly is a paradise. Ranjan and his team are amazing – so friendly, kind, and attentive and they made our stay truly special. The food was simply outstanding, and the service was excellent in every way. The beautiful garden, the breathtaking view, and the sea all come together perfectly. All in all, it was a truly memorable and beautiful stay that we will always cherish. We would highly recommend this place to everyone and hopefully we will see each other again one day.

Pros:

The Max Wadiya is a wonderful little boutique hotel on a beautiful beach. We stayed there for five days at the end of our Sri Lanka trip, and we enjoyed every minute. Our room was was big, comfortable and even equipped with a little kitchen. The manager Ranjan and his team are the best hosts you can think of. They arranged for us everything we needed. Ranjan's lunches and dinners were exceptional. Every day a new surprise. The Wadiya with its wonderful team is the perfect place to relax in a beautiful environment.

Low level and super noisy hotel. Not worth the price and 9+ rating.
Pros:

Nice Beach and beautiful garden with large pool. Very Friendly and Helpful Staff.

Cons:

Lots of traffic and train noise, bad planning on rooms, its extremely over priced and over rated! (Stay at Aditya Resort for comparison once and you will understand why I say that)
