Was okay.
Pros:

Close to town centre.

Cons:

Restaurant staff did not ask how your meal was. And staff should ask if you enjoyed your stay.

Comfortable stay at good value central location.
Pros:

Single room available. Not many hotels provide these. Location very central. Breakfast coffee was excellent and vegetarian sausages were very good. Room small but comfortable and included a desk. Hair dryer available on request at reception. Room was quiet. Bathroom was clean. Room was in good condition except. Very good value for money. Staff friendly.

Cons:

The TV was very small. Would have preferred a bigger screen. Although in the main the room was clean some long hairs on the carpet needed hoovering up. The carpet was slightly stained (a cream carpet was a poor choice as they are bound to get grubby). The pressure in the shower was ok but not great.

Great location and lovely staff
Pros:

The location was excellent for attending the Carnegie Hall and staff were all lovely.

Cons:

You could hear every sound from other rooms, throughout the night there were constant sounds from the bathroom be it the pipes or heating system. The shower was cold.

Great location but not as good as before
Pros:

Location

Cons:

TV in room didn't seem to work just white noise, room noisy late night after 12 with shouting as pubs came out, breakfast stopping at 9am at weekend! But early, no orange juice left at breakfast, breakfast was ok, sausage dry and horrid think been left under hotlight too long. Staff were pleasant but I went to bar to ask fir our order. Better previous times we gave stayed if I'm honest.

Great stay; far exceeded our expectations with excellent food and friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

My daughter and I enjoyed the room's space. The windows were openable which was brilliant as in many cases with hotels these days, the windows are locked or painted shut with air-conditioning being the only means of "air". Everything was clean and well-laid out. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We loved our room but would have preferred it to be located in a quieter part of the hotel's accommodation. We were above the street and noise did travel into our room, especially later at night.
