Pros:

The property is at a very good location, right in the middle of all the hustle bustle. Most of the major attractions in Hanoi is very nearbuy. So, if you are looking for an affordable stay and location is something that you care about, this one is worth the price.
Dieu at the reception was very helpful, he helped us with everything. Also, gave us a lot of information about activities near Hanoi.

This hotel is amazing! We were so lucky that the owner was there when we checked in, and she kindly upgraded us to a family room. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, and by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my trip to Hanoi and Da Nang.

I slept so well because the room was quiet, the air conditioning was excellent, and the internet was very fast. The staff were all wonderful, especially Luk, who was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A special thank you to the lovely owner for the room upgrade. 🥰 Until next time! ❤️

Staff is extremely kind and helpful, they let us have a late check out and repeat our room after booking an extra night! Great location, clean shower with warm water, AC working great. And price was good! Thanks again

Pros:

I stayed here for 5 nights and had a really good experience. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, especially Dieu, who organized my airport pickup and drop-off and also helped me book my Ninh Binh tour. Thank you so much.

Pros:

Bien localisé.
La chambre est plutôt grande.

Cons:

La chambre (double la moins chère) n’a pas de fenêtre, et est située à un demi étage bas de plafond et donne directement sur l’entrée/ sortie de l’hôtel

Pros:

The hotel staffs are very helpful. One of the staff whose name is Dieu is excellent, he upgrades our room for free. He is helping us to book for trip to Ha Long Bay which is exactly as what he described at a good price, he also helps us to book for taxi for our next location. The rooms are nice and clean. I will book again if I visit Ha Noi. Thank you Dieu and the hotel staffs
