La ubicación es buena aunque está en un tipo de pasaje, por lo que si vas en uber (auto) no será posible dejarte en la entrada del lugar. La gestión y buena voluntad de los chicos que se encontraban en recepción fue excelente. Tuvimos un inconveniente con un huesped que se encontraba borracho y que se hospedaba en otra habitación y los recepcionistas se hicieron cargo inmediatamente de esto. Lo apreciamos muchisimo.

“Spacious Comfort, Walkable market, Clean-Green. Big Win”
Pros:

This hotel gave me a room so spacious I briefly considered doing cardio in it—then remembered I was on vacation. 😁

The bed was so comfy I nearly missed checkout because it refused to let me go. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but hey, it had a bathtub, so I forgave it instantly.

Both the room and washroom were impressively clean—like, “should I take my shoes off again?” clean. The service was top-notch, making me feel like a VIP even when I was just asking for extra water bottle

Overall, a great stay—would definitely come back and maybe actually use that space for yoga next time (no promises though).

Cons:

Just 1 small suggestion - could add a bigger dustbin/throwing bin in the room. The one we had was a bit on the small side. Again, no complaints.

Pros:

Un très bon emplacement pour cet établissement. Après de mauvaise expérience à Hanoï, le personnel a accepté de montrer un chambre avant la location, et franchement, ce fut le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage. Propre, une chambre spacieuse et bien équipée et surtout une salle de bain avec cloison dans la douche et le wc. Une petite table pour boire le café et thé offert, un canapé et un espace pour poser les sacs. Une petite fenêtre qui donne sur l’extérieur.

Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

We were transferred to a sister hotel but this was seamless and all good.

Cons:

Room had no window but this was ok as it was quite dark with the lights out.

Excellent helpful staff and large rooms with good AC.
Pros:

Great position in a reasonably quiet location. Easy to find places to eat.

Cons:

Property is at first hard to find and difficult to get to via taxi or bus…however once you find it it’s all good.
