We had water filtrations in all the badroom.
Nothing, it was one of my worst accommodation experience in 15 years of long term traveling/backpacking/working abroad.
When I arrived they said the hotel was full despite they sent me a confirmation message 2 days before and that I replied to confirm.
The owners were super rude and just asked me to leave without apologizing for the situation. It was Tet holiday so the whole city was fully booked and no chance to find another accommodation. They didn't offer to find a solution. Again they were so rude, it was really respectless. Not looking at me, talking to me in Vietnamese, pointing the door so I leave. I didn't..
Finally, after I insisted to get a solution, they offered me to sleep in the massage room of the hotel, on the massage tables. I thought they would do that for free or a very little fee but they asked me to pay 800.000VND instead of 810.000 VND for the original booking. I had no other choice so I accepted. Then because there was a sauna and steam room in the room, they told me they were afraid that I brake it and asked to keep my passport as a guarantee. They literally took me as an hostage! It was really degrading. Also, that room had no shower and they told me I can shower in a "bathroom" behind the reception. It was a toilet and a bucket full of cold water and another small bucket to splash water on myself.
I then went for groceries and when I came back the owner was weirdly super nice to me and bought me a coffee, then asked me to cancel the original booking on booking.com. I guess her idea was that like this I cannot post a bad review.
Terrible experience: I had to wait 10 minutes at the reception only to be met with rude service. The room was filthy, featuring dusty AC and dirty linens, but the worst part was finding insects inside.

The location is very good: 2 minutes walking to the beach and there are many restaurants on the corner.
The room was ok for a very cheap hotel, cleaning was ok. The towels was like brand new, really.
This place is good for poor vietnamese families so they can afford a holiday in Nha Trang.
Foreigners are not welcome here.
Really, if you are foreigner, dont go here no matter what.
I come here because Nha Trang was almost full booked so I did not had many options. When I arrived here, the staff told me to leave, I show him I have a reservation on booking.com and he dont want even to take a look. So I left. But I have to come back because my reservation was in 100% penalties so I can not even cancel may reservation. So I have to come back and to insist: hey, what kind of hotel is here, you dont give me the room neighter the money back??? Finally they decide to give me the room.

The location was excellent, very short stroll to the beach. Balcony with Sea view was lovely.
The bathroom was a bit smelly from a drain.
The mattress and pillow were like sleeping on a rock.
No kettle in room, had to get thermos of hot water from reception.
The beds are comfortable, the location is good, very close to the beach. it's a quiet road with a mini market and cheaper restaurants nearby. Close to the bars and activity. One of the staff speaks very good English and is very friendly. The other speaks no English and does his job but isn't so friendly. As mentioned before, the room is very small with only a window to the hallway. The bathroom is tiny. My neighbors were loud. One day, smoke came into my bathroom from someone smoking in the room next door. There was a slight bad smell to the room but i got used to it, and dampness. The roof top has a nice view but its not nice to sit there. But overall, the price was similar to a dorm, so it was ok for me.
hotel is just beside the beach, location is ok, bed is average, price is average, spacious to put luggage, balcony view is nice, offee shop is just next door and variety of shops are nearby, got lift to go up
noisy due to car traffic, facilities abit old school, sink & bathroom door is not working, upstairs guest make noise, some pillow is smelly, fan & air cond is dirty and damaged, staff request to keep passport but we insist to take back.
