La camera bella, confortevole e pulita

Cons:

La reception e il ristorante erano chiusi. Capisco il ristorante, ma non avere nessuna accoglienza in un hotel ci ha fatto sentire a disagio.

Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable.
C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet Hôtel.
La chambre était très propre et bien équipée.
Les chambres avec vue sur le lac sont un plus , réveil avec le Soleil et une belle terrasse pour y prendre son petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner.
J'y retourne bientôt.

Хороший отель, но помогите гостям с парковкой.
Pros:

Хороший отель, прям у озера. Тихо, просторный номер с хорошим видом. Чистый. В ресторане вкусно и персонал замечательный, ужинали дважды, завтрак не брали.

Cons:

Нет холодильника. Но оценку снизила не поэтому. ПАРКОВКА! И даже минус не её отсутствие, а то, что отель не даёт никаких рекомендаций, где можно припарковать автомобиль и как оплатить парковку. Мы бывалые туристы, умеем пользоваться и картами и ии, но когда заехали в городок, ещё и затемно, было очень не просто найти парковку на пару суток. Искали долго, потом разбирались с оплатой. За это минус!

Pros:

J'ai adoré la vue magnifique de la chambre, j'ai apprécié le confort de la literie, le calme, le personnel accueillant et aimable.
J'ai demandé à avoir la même chambre pour mes prochains séjours. On verra si cela sera possible.

Pour le moment, j'ai tout apprécié.

Emplacement parfait . On aurait aimé avoir de quoi se faire un cafe dans la chambre et non sur le palier . Sinon tout était bien

Cons:

Le prix du petit déjeuner que l on n a pas pris du coup . Il devrait prévoir un tarif pour les pèlerins de la Viafrancigena
