The hotel itself was amazing, and the staff, great. It was a TERRIBLE experience trying to arrive to the hotel. There was a parade that night and it was truly unsafe for us to get there. You could tell people were drunk in the streets, poor street lights and no help at all from the locals. Very rude with directions. When trying to make it through the gates, security was really confused and sent us the wrong way multiple times.
Located above the shopping mall this Taj property is indeed the best place to stay in Patna. Friendly staff and good food makes the stay very comfortable.

Really nice hotel. A gem of a hotel in Patna. Exceeded our expectation. Superb service. We stayed for 6 nights and did not deel like going out except when attending a wedding outside or meeting relatives.
