Showers need deep cleaning or renovation repairs in most of the rooms I've stayed in
I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. Despite having paid for my booking in advance and showing proof of payment upon arrival, the hotel claimed they couldn’t find it and insisted I pay again. I ended up being charged twice for the same stay.
The staff was unhelpful and didn’t take responsibility for resolving the issue. From the moment We arrived, the staff were not accommodating or friendly. There was no greeting at check-in, and overall, the attitude felt cold and indifferent.
Hospitality is a big part of any hotel experience, and this place missed the mark. A simple smile or greeting goes a long way. And everything came with an extra charge — bottled water, one extra pillow, slippers and even basic amenities like that are usually complimentary elsewhere.

The booking inside a pool and there was no pool. The pool was closed down a year ago.
I would’ve booked somewhere else with a swimming pool. The only reason I booked the location because they said they had a pool.
