Fantastic place! Exceptional host and staff.
Pros:

The house is spectacularly clean, rooms comfortable, swimming pool clean and functional. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and so willing to accommodate our food requests (we dont eat a lot of spice, so they made food especially for us).
The beach is just a 5 minute walk and there are a few local eateries around, if you wish to explore food options.
The property is in a quiet neighbourhood, beautifully constructed and managed. The children enjoyed the pool, the indoor games and of course the beach.
Will definitely come back here again. Wonderful vacation!

My stay at Beach Heaven Villa Nandgaon was genuinely delightful. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, the staff is extremely efficient and attentive, and the food deserves special mention—it’s simple, homely, and absolutely delicious.

The villa itself is beautiful, featuring a swimming pool and indoor games like carrom, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. We stayed for three nights and honestly never felt the need to step out for meals—the food at the villa was that satisfying. The only exception was a quick visit to an Amul ice cream parlor nearby for a sweet treat. We are vegetarians, so we didn’t try the seafood ourselves, but other families staying at the villa seemed to thoroughly enjoy the seafood options as well.

A special mention to Pankaj and the wonderful ladies who truly run the show—they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even helped arrange some locally grown vegetables for us to take back on request, which was a thoughtful and memorable touch.

One of the biggest highlights is the proximity to Nandgaon Beach, just about 350 meters away. The beach is incredibly clean and feels almost like a private getaway. If you're looking for something more lively, Kashid Beach is just 7 km away and offers a range of activities like ATVs, horse riding, jet skiing, banana boat rides, and other water sports.

There’s also a shop about 500 meters away where you can buy alcoholic beverages at regular prices with a small premium, which is understandable given the location in a quiet village setting.

Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a peaceful beachside vacation.

Pros:

we have booked 4 rooms for one day ,very good location ,near to beach. Rooms were clean. staffs were very polite and helpful. Food provided were freshly cooked and delicious. overall stay good .

Excellent stay if you book the whole villa..Near to beach.. Value for money.. food was lip smackingly good.. helpful staffs.. sonali sujata and pragati were excellent in the kitchen.. pankaj was always polite.

Beautifully kept, comfortable relaxing stay with swimming pool in green environment

Beautiful lush green environment, coconut palms and planting in the garden around the swimming pool. Large, comfortable room with balcony overlooking the pool. Friendly, helpful staff and delicious home cooked food. Everything maintained to the highest standard. Sunset at the beach 30pm away.

Cons:

Not a dislike, just be aware that payment is cash only as you might expect at this type of property. We were expecting to be able to pay by card as the booking.com details showed that Mastercard was accepted. All OK though as an SBI ATM just down the road.
