Our family were very comfortable and staying at Miapera was a great base for our Istanbul trip.
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Taxim and close to shops, conveniences and transport. The hotel was an older style but clean and spacious and staff were very helpful. Wifi was great and the breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Any issues we raised were resolved promptly. The spa facilities were closed but we were not interested in this part of the service. We had dinner one night in the hotel and the food was adequate, they catered to our dietary requirements.

La posizione molto cerntrale e comoda

Cons:

I servizi della SPA inclusi nel prezzo non erano accessibili, dopo una mail per una riduzione del prezzo del soggiorno c‘e‘ stato solo silenzio. Personale della colazione poco gentile e sembravano non avere voglia di lavorare. Camera non molto pulita!

Pros:

Tesisin tek güzel yeri konumuydu

Cons:

Tesis çalışanları çok amatör dü ilk gün odada cam penceresi bozukdu ve kapanmıyordu , diyer odaya geçdim hava soguk oldugu için klima açdım ama oda bozuk çıkdı sonra duş almak istedim ve bir saatt sıcak suyun gelmesini bekledim işde böyle bir tecrübe edindim .

التكييف في الغرفه كان سيء جدا وبما انني كنت اغادر الغرفه صباحا واعود في المساء بسبب السياحه فلم استطع التواصل في اي من الليالي ما احد الطاقم لاصلاح المكيف

The hotel lied about the swimming pool. Dont waste your money staying here.

The Staff were friendly

Cons:

Lifts didnt work. Had to walk to 8th floor. The bedside lamp was broken swinging around with loose wires which short circuited the room when switched on. No water in the mornings to take a shower. The shower was broken. No toilet roll. No wifi for 2 days. No swimming pool and spa as noted on the advert. Complete lie in their advertising.

The breakfast was very nice and had a good assortment of options. Not enough drink options however

Cons:

You could not pay me to return to this property after the negligence I experienced during my stay. From the moment I arrived, it was one issue after another. I was bitten by mosquitoes so severely that I developed large welts lasting for days. When I reported this to the front desk, absolutely nothing was done for the entire duration of my stay—until the final night, when someone claiming to be a manager finally showed up.

Our first room had a completely non-functional AC unit, and there were no toiletries provided. When we were moved to another room, we realized just how much had been overlooked—basic cleanliness, upkeep, and comfort were all absent. I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised an on-site gym and spa, only to find out upon arrival that both were under construction and unusable.

To make matters worse, on our last night we discovered a massive cockroach in our room. We immediately sent photos to the staff, and not a single person showed empathy or took responsibility for the situation.

This stay cost me money, time, peace of mind, and quite literally my health. I expect proper compensation for the unacceptable conditions and complete lack of care demonstrated throughout my stay.

Schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Zimmereinrichtung war schön, Frühstück war reichhaltig &gut - tolle Mezzeauswahl, viele Süße Sachen zum Probieren, Lobby war hübsch, kleiner Balkon am Zimmer.

Cons:

Pool &Spa nicht benutzbar, was aber leider nicht vorher erwähnt wurde. Fanden wir sehr schade. Straße recht laut, aber kann man auch nichts für - also da vllt selbst darauf achten.
