Nicht lohnenswert
Cons:

Es war super laut in der Nacht Taxis hupten auch um 4 Uhr morgens und wir haben nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt, welches nicht an der Straßenseite liegt aber ein Wechsel war nicht möglich. Schlafen ging nachts kaum.

Super propere hotel
Pros:

Everything was great the service the hotel in general the rooms so clean everyday. When there was a problem they where everytime ready to solve the problems. Specially Fatma zeynep irem and cansu gived the best service thank you i would love to come and stay again in your hotel

Erholsam und wie ein Wellness Urlaub

Super nette Mitarbeiter, alle sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sehr sauber & das Frühstück sehr lecker.
Die Managerin Fatma Hanim hat uns sehr gut beraten. Sie hat uns den Zugang zum Wellness Bereich gezeigt und uns vieles ermöglicht.
Wir haben im 4. Stock gewohnt und die Mitarbeiterin Frau Hatice Tekeli hat unser Zimmer jedesmal so sauber gehalten & war immer wieder freundlich, hatte immer ein lächeln im Gesicht.

Vielen Dank dafür, wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Cons:

Leider funktionierte der Fernseher nicht, das Problem konnte auch nicht so schnell behoben werden. Den Pool konnten sie ruhig etwas wärmer stellen. Ansonsten alles super. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten.

⭐ Excellent Location and Outstanding Staff
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Miapera Hotel & Spa in Istanbul. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Siyar, Hatice, and another receptionist whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. They went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, and their kindness and professionalism made a real difference.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would definitely stay here again when I return. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience!

Offers "Luxury spa" , we had to ask for the sauna to be turned on, the surround of the pool was broken and loose (dangerous for bare feet), and the jacuzzi was out of action.
Wifi didn't work at all
breakfast food was awful, you could only have 1 coffee, otherwise you had to pay. Drinks were served in paper cups. No cold drinks at bar.

A perfect base for exploring Istanbul!
Pros:

Had a fantastic stay at Miapera Hotel & Spa. The location in Taksim is perfect, with all the main attractions, restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. I didn't need to use public transport once during my stay.

The hotel felt very safe throughout, and all the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of options each morning, which was a great start to the day.

The highlight for me was definitely the spa. The sauna and swimming pool facilities were excellent and provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Istanbul. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained.

Overall, a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt! 100 meter fra den store gågade og med spisesteder tæt på. Sengen var god. Der var mulighed for at få lavet omelet til morgenmad og det var dejligt.

Cons:

Bedømmelse af værelse 608. September 2026. Værelset var ikke ordentligt rengjort ved ankomst. Især badeværelset var ikke i orden. Sengetøj var snavset. Møbler/inventar var hjemmelavede og fremstod dårligt lavet. Morgenmaden var sparsom. Der var høj musik tæt på hotel fredag/lørdag til 04.00 om natten.

€100 Missing From My Wallet – No Proper Response From the Hotel!

Unfortunately, nothing positive could make up for the serious security issue I experienced during my stay.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because of its positive reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.

The safe in my room was not working. I left my wallet in the room while I went out, and when I returned after housekeeping had cleaned the room, I discovered that €100 was missing from my wallet.

I immediately reported this to reception, but unfortunately, no meaningful action was taken to investigate the incident or help me resolve the situation.

I cannot confirm who took the money, but having €100 disappear from my wallet inside my hotel room is a very serious security concern. The lack of a proper response from the hotel made the situation even worse.

I completely lost trust in this hotel. Guests should feel safe leaving their personal belongings in their rooms, especially at a hotel with such positive reviews.

I am sharing my experience to warn other travelers to be extremely careful with their valuables. I would not recommend this hotel.

Morgenmader var fin, beliggenheden fin. Sengene var meget OK, Det var ikke rart at ryge området var på fortovet udenfor hotellet.

Vi blev meget skuffet fordi vi havde valgt dette hotel da der var tyrkisk bad, og vi skrev til hotellet for at være sikker på der var tyrkisk bad, og fik tilbagemelding at det havde hotellet, og vi fik opfattelsen at det var tyrkisk bad med en bademester som skrubber hele kroppen grundigt med en ru hamam-handske (kamelhårbørste / kese), Men har var ingen bademester, det var ren gør det selv. Hotellet havde mange brochure tilbud om massage, men det var ikke mulig at få massage på hotellet
