Please note, pets can only be accommodated in the Annex Rooms or the Cottage for an additional fee of GBP 20 per dog per night. Pets are not allowed in the rooms located in the main house.

Really lovely staff, great food and the river facing room was lovely and quiet and comfy
Internet access to TV in room was problematic and couldn't access it in the evening

The outer buildings are modern, clean and beautifully located.
The food was delicious but we had to wait to be served.
Bar and restaurant staff very friendly.
When we checked in to the room we realized the wi-fi was not working. The staff informed us this is their 2nd day they were open and the wi fi doesn't work.Without internet, the tv didn't work either. Second person in the reception was even more rude and said that there is wifi in the hotel but not in our room which was in one of the buildings outside the main hotel and reception and that by choosing this place we probably didn't do this because of the wifi !!??
My partner and I both work on line and wi fi was essential for our work.
There are no parking spaces for the two additional buildings with guests rooms.
Long wait for the breakfast to be served.
We enjoyed the full breakfast every morning and loved the views.
