Pros:

1. saya suka big tree hotel sbb parking dia luas.
2. hotelnya sangat2 bersih. tolong kekalkan.
3. ada lif!!!!! tlg jaga maintenance ye. infuture kalau sy bw parent saya, diaorg mesti happy sbb x perlu menangga.

Cons:

1. persekitaran berhampiran dgn jalan besar, bila malam ada perlumbaan motor. sgt2 bising. maybe boleh upgrade bilik jd sound proof. lama ye x boleh tdo. start pkl 12 mlm smpai hampir ke subuh. rasa ruginya sbb bdn penat tp mata x boleh lelap padahal bilik sgt2 selesa tau.

everything i like.. it's comfortable for us family of 6.. towel and iron n iron board was provided and useful for us especially during hari raya season. room clean and spacious. my girls are happy..

Pros:

Location outskirt of town is easy to find. Many shop nearby.

Cons:

Paid parking during weekdays if no coupon need to move a car by 8.There is free parking at back, but location is quite isolate. Reception staff need customer service improvement during check in and check out, how to greet people and communicate with smile. Put phone down while service customer.
