Pros:

Шикарный новый отель на первой линии в отличной локации!! Мы путешествовали по всей стране и это лучший отель в среднем сегменте. Мы сразу выбрали номер с видом — он шикарен. Вид на бухту и парк развлечений с 18 этажа. Рядом с гостиницей магазины, кафе, массаж. Пляж через дорогу.

Cons:

Завтраки местные. Одинаковые. Яйцо и овощные салаты спасали. Мне ещё суп заходил на завтрак. Коллогеновый бульон всегда прекрасен.

Отличный вид из окна
Pros:

Попросил при заселении высокий этаж-дали номер на 20 этаже. Вид из окна просто восхитительный, мог час лежать и смотреть в окно, попивая кофе. Девушки на ресепшене очень доброжелательные. Завтраки достаточно неплохие для стоимости номеров. Хорошая система кондиционирования, можно выбрать температуру, скорость потока и т. д. Уборка каждый день, чистые полотенца, вода, кофе, чай. Очень хорошее расположение, 2 минуты и ты на пляже. В общем, очень понравился, учитывая его стоимость.

Cons:

Немного неудобно, что убирают в разное время всегда. Могут в 9 утра, а могут в 15. Любителей дневного сна после сытного обеда могут разбудить. Но это мелочь.

Good Facilities But Not a 4 Star Staffs
Pros:

Location is great with so many restaurants and massage parlors closed by. The beach is just 5 minutes walk. The suite is large with fantastic view of the beach. AC works very well in both rooms and there is plenty of hot water available in the shower.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet selections is average but the quality of the food needs improvement. The staff that cooks the eggs does not understand or speak english. In addition, she does not seems to practice first come first served basis. Shampoo and shower gel were placed in the sink counter because there is no place to put them in shower. We just moved them inside the shower on the floor for easy access. This is the first 4-star hotel that we have stayed that does not provide a box of tissue in the room. Overall, the hotel is decent but friendliness from staffs could use some improvement.

I only like the location and the beach view from my room. The wifi signal was very weak to use. Breakfast was mediocre.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider musste ich das Zimmer 2x wechseln. Zunächst hatte ich ein Zimmer im 21. Stock, was ich noch in der Nacht wechselte, weil die Umwälzanlage vom Pool viel Lärm machte. Dann bekam ich ein Zimmer im 4. Stock. Leider ging mein Zimmer nach hinten raus, was auch laut war, weil am Nachmittag und Abend die Busse für das Hotel ankamen.
Am Pool gab es, als ich da war, weder Auflagen für die Liegestühle noch Handtücher.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Excellent value for money. Lovely big room, with very large comfortable bed, and amazing sea view.
Room was cleaned every day.
Hung, the lady who cooked the omelettes at the omelette bar, at breakfast was really lovely and friendly. I am not used to Vietmanese breakfasts, but she was so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Everything was great, but perhaps some of the receptionists could use a little more eye contact with the guests, and use their free time between guests to learn a little English. I appreciate it can be hard, but it makes me feel awkward to walk through reception and the receptionist makes no eye contact and says nothing as you go past. Just learn to say, hello, and say it with a smile, and everything is OK 👍 😀

Pros:

Отель новенький, номера отличные, тихо. Завтраки разнообразные. Бассейн постоянно очищается. Но он совсем небольшой.

Cons:

Администратор долго провозилась с выдачей ключей, не могла найти бронирование.
Не смогли оплатить картой, т.к. терминал был сломан. На другой день тоже не смогли оплатить.
Несмотря на эти минусы, отелем в целом остались довольны.

Pros:

Отличный отель. Номер был с шикарным видом на море. Уборку производили каждый день. Меняли постельное бельё, полотенца. Докладовали ванные принадлежности, кофе, воду.
Завтрак достаточно разнообразный, каждый день было новое блюдо. Много мясных блюд.
Отличное расположение. В шаговой доступности всё необходимое.
