Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay. Firstly we were greeted with a pair of dirty underwear in our room upon check in. On day 2 there was no hot water to shower and when we later complain we were told it was turned off for a while but we’re given no heads up in advance. The pool area is completely overlooked by the restaurant which provides no privacy so it doesn’t feel relaxing at all. In fact we didn’t use the pool the entire time we were there for this reason. The ‘private beach’ has no shore, just some loungers (extra charge) on concrete infront of the water. The rooms and bathrooms are VERY basic like a cheap hotel and our beds were made daily but no towel changes or actual clean. What topped it off was the fact that you’re forbidden to fill up your water bottles in the hotel. There’s signage up and we were told off by staff when we tried. You can only take a small glass at a time or forced to buy a new water bottle each time for 5 euros! After the restaurant closes they drain the water jug so you can’t even have water overnight! Honestly felt like a cheap hotel and surcharges for EVERYTHING

Dirty disgusting hotel!!! Hair in food, small rooms. Bathrooms are abysmal. Food quality is terrible and way overpriced. To top it all off charged me 1750 euros for someone else’s stay and now wont respond to my messages. Seriously do you really want to deal with these incompetent people.

Beautiful location, pools, sunbeds plus seaside access for swimming and water sports. Easy walk to restaurants and the town of Starigrad. Great facilities and food options within the hotel. So much choice for breakfast and soup and salad included at lunch. The £30 per person per day was a real bonus x
We didn't have a good experience with our room AC. We reported it on 2 occasions a technicians attended but with little improvement! There was an acknowledgement from reception staff but no real apology or effort to ensure that it was fixed and that we were happy! I think we should have been offered a room move!
The bar closed too early. Esp as World Cup was on. There should be some provision for hotel guests to be able to order alcohol after main bar shuts! Didn't think the help yourself honesty fridge was acceptable for a high end Hotel!!

Die Hotelanlage liegt schön gelegen am Meer. Zu Fuss erreicht man das schöne Städtchen Stari Grad in 15 Minuten. Das Hotelkonzept, insbesondere das Halbpension-Konzept, überzeugte uns. Pro Tag und Person gibt es ein Guthaben von EUR 30.00, welches man für Getränke und Speisen verwenden konnte. Das an einem Tag nicht aufgebrauchte Guthaben, wird auf den nächsten Tag übertragen. Bis 11:00 Uhr gab es ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet (ist im Reisepreis inbegriffen). Am Mittag bis spät abends gab es eine Auswahl von Speisen. Man ist somit sehr flexibel, wann man essen will. Man bestellt alle Speisen und Getränke am Tisch über einen QR-Code. Über die Hotel-App hat man einen Überblick über das Restguthaben. Im gesamten Hotelgelände hat man eine super WLAN-Verbindung. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze.
Über das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis lässt sicj diskutieren. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer Grösse S. Die Hotelanlage stammt aus den 60er-Jahren und wurde vor einigen Jahren renoviert. Im Zimmer, insbesondere im Badezimmer sieht man das Alter des Gebäudes. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Die Getränke im Restaurant waren eher teuer.

The food was poor quality with not too much variety. Room was so tiny very narrow entry. The bathroom in the room not too functional as there is a shelf above the sink that makes it difficult to use it, shower very small. No toiletries except small bottle of shower gel/shampoo provided. A
