The staff are amazing . The breakfast and buffet. The 2 large polls the parking the lo again the rooms are basic but comfortable the shower is good and the beds are comfy .large rooms with balcony or terrace es yes its s good place and well affordable

Cons:

La qualité de l'équipement et des meubles n'a rien à voir avec un hôtel. Le prix est extrêmement cher par rapport à d'autres hôtels dans la même zone, qui offrent un service beaucoup plus intéressant.

Comfortable stay in spacious functional room.
Pros:

We booked this very last minute for one night due to am issue with another accommodation we were in. The room was ready for us immediately on booking and was clean, tidy and very spacious. Furniture and fittings a bit tatty but perfectly functional and the place was good value for money. We couldn't find a kettle but there was a fridge there. Beds were comfortable. We had a garden apartment with pool access.

Um hotel com potencial mas quem o gere não o sabe valorizar

Reservámos quarto com berço, e após realizar o check in o quarto não tinha berço. Disseram que iam instalar o berço às 15h. E eram 21h e nada, disseram que só tinham um berço e estava partido. Após insistirmos e dizermos que ou arranjavam um berço ou devolviam o dinheiro pago lá foram encontrar um berço que afinal tinham e não estava partido. O resto do tempo só um funcionário na receção quando estava e pelo hotel nunca vimos funcionários. Ninguém para limpar ou arrumar as espreguiclçadeiras junto à piscina, ou retirar as garrafas vazias que lá se encontravam. É um hotel fantasma.Acrescento que junto à porta do nosso quarto foi deixada uma manta com restos de tinta. Não vou voltar e tenho pena porque o hotel tem potencial mas parece abandonado, sem funcionários e pouco cuidado. E na internet tem o nome de Club House CVL e no local diz Luz Bay não coincide a informação.
