Furchtbar!

Ich bekam erst ein Zimmer mit Schwarzschimmel. An Gardinen und Wänden. Zusätzlich gab es Bauarbeiten genau in diesem Komplex des Gebäudes. Check-in war ca um 16 00 h und bis 18.00 h tobte der Presslufthammer. Auch in dem Zimmer, das ich dann bekam. Hier ging weder die Heizung/Klimaanlage noch der Fön. Es gab immer noch Schimmel aber nicht mehr so viel. Ich fragte nach einer Rückerstattung. Nein, aber ich könnte ein anderes Zimmer haben... also zog ich ein drittes Mal um...

Um 21.00 h hatte ich dann keine Lust mehr zu reklamieren, dass ich meinem neuen Zimmer die Tür nicht von innen abschließbar war und ein Fenster nicht schließt. Also 5 cm offen steht.

Great stay in Luz
Pros:

Very big room, spacious bathroom with bath tube. Water pressure is really good and you can get really hot water. A/C helped a lot with the heating (it was March). The room also comes with a fridge, hairdryer and TV.8
The staff were lovely!

Cons:

There's some work to be done. Replace the mouldy curtains and get a cover for that armchair (it's seen better days).
Maybe providing a kettle to supplement the room fridge; and maybe wine glasses and coffee cups for the room?
Previous to my arrival I messaged asking if they perhaps had a yoga mat for guests but my message was ignored.

Modest but Pleasant.
Pros:

Staff welcome & support. Pleasant and spacious room. Some hot water for a shallow bath .

Cons:

The air-con is locked on the remote at 17C , so in effect not useable and gave no heat out on a cold damp night😐
Cleaning staff arrived next door at 7.45am. playing loud radio music and talking loudly and constantly too~ need to be more discreet and considerate of customers.

Unangenehmer Geruch & verschimmelte Gardinen
Cons:

Das Zimmer hat extrem modrig gerochen. Ewig musste man Lüften, damit die Luft etwas besser wurde. Dann war es kalt. Nach kurzem heizen hat der Ventilator getropft und damit vor dem schlafengehen Krach verursacht. Die Gardinen waren verschimmelt und zusätzlich nicht intakt. Sie haben das Fenster nicht vollständig abdunkeln können. Licht vom Flur kam ebenfalls ins Zimmer, da ein Fenster in der Türe eingebaut ist. Der Nachttisch Schrank war, wie auch die Handtücher nicht vollständig sauber.

Alojamiento bien ubicado buen precio
Pros:

Lo que me gustó la ubicación del alojamiento, al lado de Lagos, y de los sitios más importantes de interés del Algarve. La habitación era amplia con cama cómoda y servicio con todo lo importante como artículos de aseo y secador de pelo. Buen balcón con buenas vistas al jardín.
Wifi muy estable con buena conexión.
Personal amable y dispuesto ayudarte.

Cons:

Habitación fría y instalaciones un poco antiguas, necesitaría una reforma. Este hotel en 80 o 90 debio ser un 4 estrellas

Pros:

Великий номер, балкон з видом на басейн, зелена територія.
Трошки застарілі номери, але після ходового дня нормально. Ціна низька, тому очікувано. Сніданок різноманітний.
