Staff jaga kaunter takde masa dtg. Org lain handle tp sibuk dgn repair keretanya . Tak alert dgn customer yg dtg berdiri kat kaunter. Tuala kena minta masa check in tgh malam baru dpt. Benda kan basic letak la awal2. Bantal extra da byr awal,masa ambil kunci jam 8.45 malam sepatutnya da ready awal.masa masuk bilik jam 11 malam pun still tak ready ,tuala pun sama takde dlm bilik.kalau takde org pun letak kat kaunter pandai la kita ambil.tp kena minta juga tu pun selang hampir sejam baru dpt bantal dgn tuala . Teruk betul servis. Toilet tersumbat. Harapkan aircon je la. Tu pun tak sejuk sgt.

dirty hotel n bad service n i wonder did they really change the blanket n the whole set or not ...
Pros:

room not ready... toilet dirty...no towel... got tv but no remote control.. even i check in 2 hours late but still room not really prepared for guest... cleanliness lowsy.. room not sweep at all .. the worst part is toilet n the whole bathroom not ciean at all.. i have to clean it myself... staff not enough i guess.. doesnt seems to be called a hotel to me... really terrible.....

Cons:

very2 dirty n cant wait till morning to check out as early as possible... dont think that it is cheap staff can treat guest like no value... next time dont give cheap offer if it is just to let your income in ..

Si vous souhaitez vous mettre en difficulté, c’est le bon hôtel ! Accueil inexistant, musique juste en bas le soir jusqu’à point d’heure, que demander de plus !
