Πολύ καλή εμπειρία !
Pros:

Πολύ όμορφα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα δωμάτια . Με όλες τις ανέσεις και σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία . Κατάλληλο σε περίπτωση που θες να εξερευνήσεις την πόλη, είναι όλα κοντά σου . Ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικο προσωπικό, μας έστειλαν αναλυτικά με μήνυμα πληροφορίες για την τοποθεσία του καταλύματος .
Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε !

Ma davvero devo anche commentare cosa non mi è piaciuto? Direi quasi tutto.
Partiamo da Roma e arriviamo a Tirana. Una volta in hotel, ci ritroviamo in una stanza minuscola, praticamente un buco. Sopra di noi c’era l’autoclave che faceva un rumore assordante e continuo, impossibile da ignorare.
La pulizia? Superficiale è dir poco: i bagni venivano “lavati”, ma senza nemmeno raccogliere i capelli sparsi in giro.

Come se non bastasse, il televisore in camera non funzionava. Lo segnalo al responsabile, che mi dice che il giorno dopo lo avrebbe fatto sistemare o sostituire. Ovviamente non è successo nulla: promessa completamente ignorata.

Venerdì notte rientriamo in stanza verso l’una. Dopo esserci messi a letto iniziamo a sentire urla fortissime. Pensavo venissero dalla strada (anche perché le finestre sono pessime), invece no: erano 5-6 ragazzi tedeschi, palesemente ubriachi, nel nostro corridoio. Urlavano, provavano a inserire il PIN in tutte le porte per entrare, compresa la nostra.

Contatto il responsabile della struttura, che mi risponde pure scocciato, dicendo che anche loro avevano una camera lì. Aggiunge che ci stava parlando, ma nel frattempo il caos è andato avanti fino alle 3:30. Zero controllo, zero sicurezza.
Abbiamo dormito con la testa sotto il cuscino pur di non sentire quel casino.
La mattina mi sveglio e, prima della partenza, provo a farmi una doccia. Entro e… niente acqua calda. Finita. Inaccettabile, soprattutto dopo una notte del genere.
Inoltre, già prima della partenza il responsabile si era dimostrato scorbutico e poco professionale, rispondendo in modo infastidito e poco disponibile. Ci era stato detto che avremmo trovato shampoo e bagnoschiuma, ma in realtà ci sono stati dati solo due miseri pacchetti monodose, per di più combinati shampoo-doccia. Una presa in giro.

Pros:

Great location, very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, helpful staff, very clear and helpful communication. Hairdryer, hangers and body wash, lotion and soap all provided.

Cons:

Needs more plug outlets, it would be nice to have extra pillows as we only had one each. The space between the end of the bed and the TV on the wall was quite tight, mind your head.
