-Ödeme için acele etmemeleri ve çözüm odaklı olmaları.
-Resepsiyondaki arkadaşın yardımcı olma çabası ve samimiyeti gayet iyiydi.
-Duşta su çok sıcak ve güzel akıyordu.

Cons:

-Klima ısıtmadı resepsiyona söyledim yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar ancak çözüm olmadı biraz üşüdük.
-Sabun vardı ama sabunu koyacak bir sabunluk yoktu.
-terliklerin tek kullanımlık yerine plastik koyulması hijyen açısından korkuttu ve kendime gidip terlik aldım.
-İkram olarak su koyabilirlerdi su yoktu.

Bien, rapport qualité prix correct pour Tirana
Pros:

Établissement bien placé. On peut tout faire à pied. Chambre propre et lit confortable.
L’hôte est à nos petits soins pour les demandes.

Cons:

3ème étage sans ascenseur, difficile avec des valises.
Chambre plus petite par rapport au m2 indiqué sur booking.

Pros:

L’option navette de l’aéroport a la chambre était appréciable.

Cons:

La chambre où nous avons passé la nuit était beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos du site. De plus la propreté était pas au rendez-vous. Il y avait des grosses traces sur le miroir et des traces de pied sur le bas de la fenêtre. L’annonce des chambres pour 2 personnes est donc mensonger puisque notre chambre n’était pas similaire aux photos.
