踏進世紀樓，酒店外表及大堂佈置很普通，但接待員，以致清潔服務員都非常好客。房間潔淨寬敞，適宜小休入住。酒店位於華強北，附近太多美食了。

The room was small and the bed was solid hard and very uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast options was very bad. No consideration for non chinese guests. No cheese, very limited bread selection. No vegetarian or vegan options.

I thought my stay was very opulent. The room was lovely. The glass shower into the room was very cool. The view was phenomenal. The room was so quiet, I wasn't used to it after living in China. Staff was nice. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The mini bar was stocked and use was minimal fees. I really liked it. The pool I didn't use because it was in another building and a hike away, but it looked nice when I checked it out. I liked walking around the neighborhood and there are about 4 subway stations nearby. I definately reccommend.

Overall good. But no heating in the room despite of the marking of "cool" and "heat" of the air-condition system. Cold for people coming from tropical countries!

Pros:

We booked the hotel at the last moment it was short stay at Shenzhen. When we check in they upgrade our room and give us late check out..thanks for that. The hotel room is likely old but didn’t disturb our staying at the hotel. The hotel staff is very patient explaining to us about the area because we not familiar here. Close to subway station and there are some shops in the area, also not far from shopping center cocopark. Overall we have pleasant stay.
