The hotel has closed business and did not accept entry when I reached there. It's pathetic that booking.com did not had any information about it and were taking bookings !!
The staff did not even care that a customer is standing with luggage at their reception and were just blunt to decline. What's more disturbing was that I spoke to booking.com customer care and the hotel staff 2 days back on phone before check in and they assured a successful booking !!!
1. Hotel staff was responsive and helpful.
2. Size of the room was very good.
3. Ok for solo travelers/boys group, don't consider for family stay.
4. It was overall ok considering the price of the room.
1. No breakfast was there even when it was included in the package and mentioned in description, so that's totally misleading information.
2. Only chargeable drinking water option, there's no free or complimentary drinking water.
3. Lift is permanently shutdown, don't expect the lift.
4. Cleanliness problem, you have to ask for getting clean towels and bed sheets, for example I got a torn and dirty towel for my use and I have to ask them to replace it, same with the bedsheet.
5. For hot bathing water you have to use the iron rod that too you need to ask because will not be provided by default and use bucket.
Can't use shower for hot water.
Avoid this hotel. It wasn't nice.
The hotel was disgusting. The rooms were not clean. The bedding felt moist and wasn't comfortable. There was no hot water.

The property is as old as Charminar and does not have any facilities including gyser, the doors are broken, there is a weird odour from the walls, the lobby is vacant without any maintenance, the electricity connection keep flashing off. Not recommended at all
There is literally nothing to like
Lots of bed bugs, the staff were very rude, i didn't check Google reviews they were apt this place is literal hel. Room was extremely bad, cleanliness was zero. Pl never ever pick this hotel. I request booking.com to remove this property for good.l

Geyser is not available so staff will arrange water heater
dingy corridors, bad bathroom. the room very unclean . need to give better facility at least the person should not get depressed.
Only outside look of the hotel is good
Power point, tv, toilet, flushing, charging points are not working properly in most of the rooms, tried switching 3 to 4 rooms. I won't recommend this hotel, no hot water for bath, instead they provide heater to put in a plastic bucket. This is only half the problems but there's a big list
