The location is great and the rooms were decent, AC worked fine and the property was clean and quiet.
The free “breakfast” was a complete joke, not only was it not at the property (but at a partner hotel a 10 minute walk away), and consisted of white toast bread and marmalade. Luggage storage was not possible after checkout. The bathrooms were aging and could use renovation. The wifi was not good enough for stable videocalls.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a beautiful bathroom and small patio. The accommodation was ideally located in a central yet peaceful area, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The cleaning lady went above and beyond, often serving as a friendly and helpful receptionist too, which added a personal touch to our stay
The accommodation advertised as a hotel was somewhat challenging to locate and we passed by it several times without noticing, however our overall experience was positive. The service was satisfactory, and the environment was pleasant and comfortable. Despite the minor difficulty with the location, we enjoyed our stay.
Our breakfast experience could have been better. We had to walk quite a distance to another hotel just to get a simple coffee, toast, and jam. On a positive note, we did enjoy a complimentary bowl of fresh fruit one morning.

Je m’attendais à un hôtel avec réception h24 , j’ai peut être mal lu ou mal compris… mais du coup j’avais nulle part où laisser mon sac le dernier jour et j’étais un peu embêtée. Le petit déjeuner est dans un autre hôtel à 15 mn à pied donc je ne l’ai pas pris alors qu’il était inclus. Dommage pour ça aussi.
Struttura nuova ed accogliente in stile coloniale. Yara la governante si prenda cura di tutto. A soli 5 metri dalla 10 Avenida e 30 dalla 5Avenida.
Bed was very comfortable and very big, whole place was clean and the soaps provided smell really nice.
Communication could be improved especially in terms of time of response and the breakfast is provided at another hotel about 10 mins walk away and it’s just toast and jam.
A localização é muito boa! Perto de tudo, mas sem incomodo de barulho. O quarto e banheiro é exatamente como na foto, confortável e funcional. Não pedi limpeza por um dia e, ainda assim, deixaram um kit de banheiro (papel e sabonete) no corredor.
Ter que pagar por checkout tardio. Entendo não ter a disponibilidade, mas é uma gentileza que sempre oferecem sem custo. Nao foi algo super negativo, mas como la não tem como deixar mala, cobrar por 1h a mais acabou atrapalhando nossos planos.
Le calme, eau chaude, rangements, proximité du centre mais assez calme. Possibilité de profiter de la piscine dans l'hôtel Hacienda Paradise.

The location - in the middle of both ADO bus stops, supermarkets + restaurants very close, 5th street around the corner, access to beach 2min walk. Bike rental around the corner. Staff was very kind. Reception - self check-in and communication via Whatsapp worked very well. Very attentive and friendly. Very clean property. Shower pressure great and hot water worked well. Breakfast was complimentary at another hotel (I never made it there though.) Simple accommodation with a good price.
The bathroom needs some towel hooks/racks. With all the positive things already being said - unfortunately the room with a balcony is VERY NOISY. Street noise and loud music playing beyond midnight sometimes. (coming from a restaurant opposite the hotel). The noise was audible even in the inner courtyard of the hotel and probably in other rooms too - but maybe not as bad as in the balcony room. I tried to change rooms - would have been charged an extra USD 40,- which was more expensive than the room charge per night itself. I suppose you cant have it all - it's either a central location OR a quiet place in PDC. I guess its doable for a night or two.
For the price paid it was a very good value. It was reasonably quiet at night and the staff were very accommodating. It was definitely as expected for the price paid. Water was hot and trash was emptied everyday.
PDC has some sort of water smell issues, so when the bathroom door is left open smells from plumbing creep into the room, but this is generally the same anywhere you stay in PDC- so no big deal there. Also do not book this place for the breakfast. I didn't care much about it, as I rarely eat breakfast, but the one time I did want to get it, I had to actually walk 15 minutes to another hotel, only to find out that they had 'closed' breakfast early that day because it had rained on their tables and chairs (lol). Such is Mexico for you. But not much lost. It would have been bread, butter, and jelly and maybe a fruit and coffee, so wouldn't have been worth it anyways....so just don't book it for the breakfast. Other than that the bed was a tad bit like a board with a thin mattress, no big issue for me- but might be for some.
Other than that it was very clean and trash was emptied everyday.

Que el desayuno fuera en otro hotel
A localização é excelente. O lugar é simples, mas o custo beneficio compensa. Falando em custo beneficio, li comentários negativos sobre o café da manhã, pelo fato de não ser na própria acomodação e por ser somente torrada com café. Mas acho que as pessoas que avaliam de forma negativa não levam em consideração o preço que pagaram. Pq na minha opinião, ter o café com torradas valeu muito à pena. Além de forçar uma caminhada matinal, que não faz mal a ninguém. O banheiro é enorme, tem secador de cabelos.
A única coisa que fez falta foi não ter estacionamento..

Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Dame die uns den Zimmerschlüssel überreicht hat, zeigte uns erst ein etwas besseres Zimmer, dann hieß es nach einem Telefonat nein und wir mussten unsere Loch beziehen.
Im Preis war ein Frühstück inkludiert.
Das Frühstück konnte man 700 m weiter in einem anderen Hotel wahrnehmen.
Es bestand aus Kaffee oder Tee, sowie pappigen Toast mit Marmelade. Nix mehr.
Es gab die Möglichkeit zusätzlich was gegen Bezahlung zu bestellen.
Auf dem Bett hat man wie auf Stahlfedern geschlafen.
