No hay personal de noche sistema de seguridad de llaves personal, hay temas complicados en la facturación si la haces con Booking

Travesseiros altos, desconfortáveis. Wifi instável. Não aproveitei o café da manhã porque é distante e porque serve apenas torradas.

A pressão do chuveiro.

A única coisa que incomodou foi a pressão do chuveiro muito fraca, e para pessoas com limitação de mobilidade fica complicado pois tem que subir 2 vãos de escada (para nós não foi um problema)

La mampara de vidrio larga agua afuera cuando te duchas. Dejaría un secador de piso y un trapo para cuando te terminas de bañar

השירותים היו ממש מוזנחים. המושב אסלה היה צהוב כולו וממש לא נעים לשבת עליו.

The free “breakfast” was a complete joke, not only was it not at the property (but at a partner hotel a 10 minute walk away), and consisted of white toast bread and marmalade. Luggage storage was not possible after checkout. The bathrooms were aging and could use renovation. The wifi was not good enough for stable videocalls.

The accommodation advertised as a hotel was somewhat challenging to locate and we passed by it several times without noticing, however our overall experience was positive. The service was satisfactory, and the environment was pleasant and comfortable. Despite the minor difficulty with the location, we enjoyed our stay.
Our breakfast experience could have been better. We had to walk quite a distance to another hotel just to get a simple coffee, toast, and jam. On a positive note, we did enjoy a complimentary bowl of fresh fruit one morning.

Je m’attendais à un hôtel avec réception h24 , j’ai peut être mal lu ou mal compris… mais du coup j’avais nulle part où laisser mon sac le dernier jour et j’étais un peu embêtée. Le petit déjeuner est dans un autre hôtel à 15 mn à pied donc je ne l’ai pas pris alors qu’il était inclus. Dommage pour ça aussi.

Communication could be improved especially in terms of time of response and the breakfast is provided at another hotel about 10 mins walk away and it’s just toast and jam.

Ter que pagar por checkout tardio. Entendo não ter a disponibilidade, mas é uma gentileza que sempre oferecem sem custo. Nao foi algo super negativo, mas como la não tem como deixar mala, cobrar por 1h a mais acabou atrapalhando nossos planos.

Petite odeur d'humidité et il semblerait que la baignoire fuit. Pas trop grave

It can be noisy, it's center

The bathroom needs some towel hooks/racks. With all the positive things already being said - unfortunately the room with a balcony is VERY NOISY. Street noise and loud music playing beyond midnight sometimes. (coming from a restaurant opposite the hotel). The noise was audible even in the inner courtyard of the hotel and probably in other rooms too - but maybe not as bad as in the balcony room. I tried to change rooms - would have been charged an extra USD 40,- which was more expensive than the room charge per night itself. I suppose you cant have it all - it's either a central location OR a quiet place in PDC. I guess its doable for a night or two.

PDC has some sort of water smell issues, so when the bathroom door is left open smells from plumbing creep into the room, but this is generally the same anywhere you stay in PDC- so no big deal there. Also do not book this place for the breakfast. I didn't care much about it, as I rarely eat breakfast, but the one time I did want to get it, I had to actually walk 15 minutes to another hotel, only to find out that they had 'closed' breakfast early that day because it had rained on their tables and chairs (lol). Such is Mexico for you. But not much lost. It would have been bread, butter, and jelly and maybe a fruit and coffee, so wouldn't have been worth it anyways....so just don't book it for the breakfast. Other than that the bed was a tad bit like a board with a thin mattress, no big issue for me- but might be for some.
Other than that it was very clean and trash was emptied everyday.
