Pros:

If you're visiting Cúc Phương National Park, I definitely recommend staying here! The hotel was spotless, cozy, and comfortable. We did run into a unwanted issue, but thanks to Vân one of the staff, our experience turned around completely. Her kindness and professionalism made a difference

The manager Van was exceptional, she helped book taxis, trips, gave us advice on what and where we should go. The hotel
Pros:

The property was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and modern.

Cons:

As an improvement, I think that the use of the spa/ wellness centre facilities needs to be know that a customer will have to pay extra.

can be highly recommended if you want to be away from the tourists

super friendly staff! Very supportive.

Cons:

Due to the small number of guests, there was no breakfast buffet; instead, guests had to choose a meal the evening before.
