Absolutely nothing. It was dated, off pitch and lifeless. What’s more, when I booked it was described as a suite amounting to 1,495 sqm. It wasn’t!! It was 1,495 sqft. They said it was a typo and have amended it since but it’s NOT what I booked and they’ve totally ignored my complaint

Proximity to the strip was great and ample space.
Immediately, upon arrival, one of the showers was leaking and there was no way for us to turn it off. I contacted the owner and explained the issue and asked if maintenance could come bye the next day I followed up and did not get the owner but a woman who knows the owner, explained the issue and asked that maintenance could come by. I asked her to please let me know when they would be coming by so that I could be there because I had all my stuff and my guest stuff I was informed they would call me. However, nobody called me. Later in the day upon arriving back, I noticed all the doors were open that have been closed and confirmed locked. I am mediately thought someone broken And took a look around and notice nothing was gone. My maintenance guy showed up a few moments later to say that he had just got there and went to grab parts and was the only person that had come to the room. I then reached back out to the owner and got the same woman, and explained the issue, and how disappointed I was with the treatment of our belongings. I am a paying customer and paid a lot of money and I expect at a higher quality of care then I received. I had asked to be contacted by the owner to discuss this matter but have not been contacted.
