Pros:

Mervan bey ve ekibine çok teşekkür ederiz. Allah razı olsun. İmkanlar çok güzeldi. Eşimle birlikte 5 yıldızlı otel konforunda bir konaklama yaptık. Temizlik mükemmeldi. Kaldığımız süre içerisinde bize herhangi bir ihtiyacımızın olup olmadığı sürekli soruldu. Otelin konumu kuba mescidi ile haremi şerifin tam ortasında yürüme yolu üzerinde. Golf arabasına bir kaç kez ihtiyacımız oldu. Genellikle 1,7km lik yolu yürüyerek 20 dakikada kateddik. Nasib olursa bundan sonraki gelişlerimde yine jadah residance tercihimdir.

great location, clean and great service
Pros:

The apartments are clean, the staff are more than helpful, my family felt safe here. nothing is too much trouble. Mr Marwan is a credit to this establishment. a real caring man .also the staff downstairs are amazing too.. May Allah grant them every success for the future.

Mal isolé, on entend ce qu'il se passe dans la rue, mais cest un quartier vivant, c'est pourquoi l'emplacement est intéressant

Definitely staying here again.
Pros:

It was a good sized room and the owner and staff was very accommodating. We wanted to just put in our luggages at the lobby as we had arrived earlier than check in time. But the owners allowed us to check in as the room was ready. We had daily updates of supplies for our room like coffee and towels.
They also WA us daily to check if we needed the room cleaned.
It's halfway from Quba mosque and Masjid Nabawi and transport to both places require a paid shuttle of 10sar per person. But it was still a good experience.

The perfect choice in Medina for pilgrims
Pros:

Very modern, comfortable and clean. Efficient check in. Located almost halfway between Masjidun Nabavi and Quba Masjid, within easy walking distance. Convenience stores and low cost eateries are in the neighborhood. For those who prefer not to walk, there is a paid buggy service close by, SAR 10 per person one way.

Excellent stay with outstanding staff
Pros:

The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. What really stood out was the staff’s treatment, which was outstanding — you couldn’t ask for more. They were attentive at all times, checking if we needed anything and making us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, with everything close by: shops and the most important mosques. At the same time, if you’re looking for peace and quiet at all times, this is the perfect place.

I would highly recommend it and, without a doubt, we would choose the same accommodation again on our next visit.

Cons:

The only downside we found is that the address shown on Booking is not entirely accurate; it’s better to enter the name of the accommodation in Uber or Google Maps to get there easily.

Tout est bien. Propreté, confort, personnel, très bien situé (sauf pour le bruit)

Cons:

Le seul point négatif mais qui a vraiment été problématique pour moi c’est le bruit à l’extérieur. Énormément de claxon (jour et nuit) et bruit en bas de l’hôtel et à côté (place publique) l’isolation acoustique n’est pas très bonne. Je malgré dormis plusieurs nuits à cause de ça malgré boules quies , je suis assez sensible au bruit et habitué au calme.
