ängen var bara 120 cm vilket inte är en dubbelsäng.
Vattentemperaturen i duschen gick inte att reglera. Inga krokar att hänga av sig något på. Garderoben hade 1 galge. Ingen spegel i rummet

Do not stay at the Bell Hotel
Pros:

It’s a shit hole with paper thin walls and a maze of false staircases. My room didn’t lock and was in “wrecked” condition ready for demolition. This should not be on booking.com

Cons:

Everything was bad, including the workmen breaking their door down at 05:25 because one of them locked himself out and there was no staff on site. It seems like you can’t even pay someone to stay there!!!

The Bell Hotel
Pros:

Newtown was very nice. The gentleman who checked us into the hotel was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The bed, which was supposed to be a double bed was very small and not very comfortable.

Functional. Okay for working away. Not a holiday location
Pros:

Clearly this was once an inn/pub. It is only two minutes walk from the heart of the town. Good location.

Cons:

Having no ‘on duty’ staff or in-house facilities like a bar makes it very impersonal so it feels more like a dormitory than a hotel. For a basic dormitory, the price is a little too high.

Thanks to the staff member who was so helpful.
Pros:

This is a nice little no frills budget hotel. For the price, no complaints at all. Special thanks to a great staff member from the Philippines - Regan? who went out of his way to make me feel at home. The hotel has free parking, decent wifi and is a short walk to the town centre.

As far as some comments I read before going to the hotel I would say this: If people want more facilities, then pay more. Don't book a no frills hotel and then expect a five star.

Cons:

For the price, no complaints at all. It had everything I needed.

Awful worst stay of my life

Nothing I hope no one has to stay there in the future

Cons:

It was so dirty, mold everywhere some lights didn’t work the shower pipe burst during our stay some rooms don’t have a bathroom or toilet and most rooms we had didn’t have a lock and the doors had to be pushed shut from the outside! Terrible experience
