La Benata Beach Hotel

Die Qualität des Essens war schrecklich und die Teller und Gabeln waren nicht sauber. Das Zimmer, in dem wir waren, war voller Ameisen und außerdem sehr heiß. Die Klimaanlage hat den Raum überhaupt nicht gekühlt. Das Badezimmer war schmutzig und stand ständig unter Wasser, sodass selbst der Gang zur Toilette für uns schwierig war. Auch das Verhalten des Personals war sehr unfreundlich. Insgesamt war ich sehr unzufrieden, und es ist wirklich schade um das Geld, das ich für dieses Hotel bezahlt habe.

Poor service and cleanliness. Staff were rude or inattentive, especially at the food stand, and rooms weren’t cleaned properly all week. Minibar wasn’t restocked, essentials like soap were missing, and trash was left untouched. AC didn’t work, so we cleaned it ourselves. Food was repetitive and disappointing — mostly chicken, bland desserts. Beach is rocky and uncomfortable without special shoes, with no music or atmosphere. Not enough seating in the restaurant and few activities for kids. The spa smelled bad, and the salon was overpriced and misleading. The lady making gozleme was very rude. Management only improved service after complaints. Would not return.

During snacks by the beach, the queue is too long, add one person to serve.
The pool bar is often without service.
Lobby bar... you have to wait a long time for a drink.
The staff does what they can, they are nice, but maybe there are not enough people.The hotel area outside is poor... only bazaars with questionable fakes.
Nothing for a nice walk.
The hotel is more of a place to relax.
Cover up the mess of your neighbors on the beach on the left, right next to the sea.

1- from the moment we wanted to check in we had an issue, we had already prepaid our stay through Booking.com however we were being asked to pay again at the property by a manager, as they informed us they had never delt with a prepaid booking. Staff were very rude and unhelpful upon arrival, we arrived around 11:30pm and had been traveling with children who were tired and hungry it took over an hour for this payment issue to be resolved.

2- we had paid for an ultra all inclusive stay at this property however there was no food available upon arrival, mini bar was empty for the duration of the stay( 4 nights 5 days), the hotel have a sheet that inform the guest of the food and beverage times however the times don’t match and staff do as they please and when confronting staff there is no food available nothing was done and you just get told there is food…

3- rooms are nothing like the pictures they are extremely dirty, toilet was unclean, door handles were broken, shower head is broken, jacuzzi tub was filthy, there was ant infestation on the floor which nothing was done about, a few of our family members are now suffering with rashes and sickness.

4- the security is none existent in this hotel, our doors did not lock and were open at all times, we also experienced staff entering our room without knocking whilst sleeping. Lighting was very poor around hotel, most of the r guest are completely drunk. Every night the hotel experienced work cuts leaving us with no light or electricity.

5- overall my worst ever experience, found this stay very stressful wouldr not recommend this hotel to anyone I will attach some pictures.

The beach is totally useless. You can not go inside the water, it is very steep and gravel, you loose your feet, trough your path, going inside. The sand on the beach is full of litter, cigarette butt everywhere. The water slide is dangerous it is baggly. The concrete base of the vertical cloumns are inapppropiate. Air condition is smelly, full of dust inside, not enough power to decrease the room temperature under 25C'. Cutleries are slightly dirty. They use disgusting plastic glasses for beach bar service, lemon and menta is also dirty in your coctail. In summary it is never deserves five star, just only in "Turkish dream life". In Europe it gets maximum three stars. Never again!

I remain disappointed with the service provided during our vacation. Despite the significant amount we paid, the quality of service was lacking. We experienced three days without hot water, and the staff seemed ill-equipped to address the issue. Additionally, the dining experience was subpar, as they cleared our plates before we had finished our meals. Furthermore, I'd like to highlight that the pools and slides were notably smaller than depicted in the booking photos. This discrepancy was disappointing and did not align with our expectations. I encourage others to consider this aspect when making their reservations

Variety of food. The food was great but lacked variety.

All of the rest was horrific.
1. It was hardly possible to get in touch with the hotel manager before I checked in. I wanted to request a cancellation a few days prior to my arrival, yet failed as the communication process was one hell of a disaster.
2. I requested a transfer from the airport. The hotel sent me a driver who only accepted cash in either euros or dollars. I have two valid international multi-currency credit cards and a Turkish bank account. I also had cash in liras. Yet I had to spend about ten minutes circling around town with the driver to find an ATM which would allow to withdraw dollars. The ATM charged me a 7,5% commission. The driver then charged extra 20$ for a detour, although the detour itself took 10 minutes and I was mostly walking around town while the van was parked.
3. Hotel rooms are nothing like the pictures on the hotel website.
4. The hotel is new, yet already needs maintenance works to be done all over the place.
5. The landline in my room was not working. When I inquired about the issue at the reception, the guy there told me that the landline is out of service in the whole hotel. For every problem I came across later I had to come to the front desk.
6. There is no gym at the hotel. Not a single sports activity.
7. The restaurant used to shift their working hours for no specific reason.
8. Breakfast is just disappointing. Poor choice, horrible quality of food.
9. Dirty dishes. This is totally unacceptable. The dishes at the restaurant are dirty and sometimes with the remains of food. Disgusting!
10. The electricity went out for several times through my stay. I was only staying for four nights, and three nights out of four I experienced multiple short circuits or something.
11. At night, there is a horrible stench outside.
