Nichts zu empfehlen, für kleine Budget aber schon
Pros:

24 Stunden Rezeption, gute Lage , das Frühstück war Akzeptabel

Cons:

Fensterlose Zimmer ( wurde nicht erwähnt bei der Buchung, man hat das Gefühl eingesperrt zu sein ), außerdem war im Zimmer Wasser Geräusche, ständig am laufen von der Toilette und Heizungsgerät ( Entlüftung und abdichten notwendig ) trotzt Reklamation, es wurde nichts unternommen, man musste mit Ohrstöpsel versuchen zu schlafen damit man die Geräusche nicht hören muss.

A very clean room, nice view of the street, so close to anywhere you want to go, Just 5 minutes to republic square, respectful and helpful receptionist and acceptable breakfast. And hot tub was nice and comfort. Bidet was useful.

Отличное место в самом центре Еревана. Современный отель, в номере чисто, современный дизайн, белье белоснежное. Приятный, вежливый персонал. Замечательное место окончания нашего двухнедельного путешествия по Армении. Особенно порадовало расположение, площадь номера и соотношение цена/качество. Рекомендую всем. Спасибо отель DeLine , в следующую поездку остановимся только у вас.

Pros:

Очень хороший персонал, всегда отвечали на вопросы и оказывали помощь, все говорят по-русски, проблем с коммуникацией ни у кого не будет. Вкусный и сытный завтрак. Отличное расположение, рукой подать до центра.

Cons:

Уборки не было всю неделю, только меняли полотенца. К сожалению, не во всех номерах есть окна и было душно.

Przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy,ale na plus bliskość centrum,szybki dojazd na lotnisko.

Cons:

Dym papierosowy wyczuwalny w pokojach,mimo że w hotelu był zakaz palenia, słabe śniadanie, brak możliwości zapłaty kartą. Hotel z pewnością nie zasługuje na ocenę 8+.

La posizione della struttura è molto comoda per visitare il centro. 20 min a piedi. Organizzano transfer in aeroporto. La colazione varia e molto buona.

Pros:

The staff were helpful and the location was great, 20 min walk to the Cascade and 15 min walk to the republic square. There were also some supermarkets around.

Cons:

The room did not have a mirror, waste basket and ironing facilities.
Breakfast was simple.
They did not charge the tissue and did not take out the garbage from my room, I think the cleaning person did not notice it in the room!
I guess better hotels with this price could also be found.

Однако, нам разрешили сдать номер на 2 часа позже.
Pros:

Просторные комнаты, но проходные обе . Вторая спальня на мансардном этаже . Кондиционер работает один на обе комнаты , при этом двери с спальню должны Быть открыты, чтобы было свежо.
Завтраки были вкусные. Но -Кофе растворимый.

Cons:

В номере не очень чисто . В ванной и на полу волосы .
На 1 этаже накурено .

Las habitaciones estaban limpias y con baño propio. Las habitaciones eran un poco pequeñas
