I don’t like anything except the price, but really bad location, dirty showers, need deep clean!
Staff are good but the property specifically the room, so noisy and really dirty!
I don’t like everything, except the staff
nothing to like at this hotel.
everything. photos are way different than the actual room. outdated, dirty and creepy. the shower has no pressure at all, it is more like a lawn sprinkler. the entire room feels dirty.
A lot of rats and ants. We’re not so like it….
The location.
The traffic of Tagaytay
Location
Room was noisy. I can hear the noise from the cars and scooters on the window. Room’s floor is greasy and doesn’t feel clean. Although the room has a strong smell of cleaning chemicals, it is so gross. Same with the toilet and shower room. Lights are busted. One of the pillow in our bed was so icky. It has molds in it already. 🤢🤮 We were meant to stay for 2 nights but my husband decided to leave the morning after the 1st night. It was that bad. You get what you pay for.

Location is along the highway but near the intersection making it quite a challenge for access.
There was staff available in the reception 24/7.
They accommodated me as an early check-in with 15mins to spare before 2pm.
Working water heating for bathing.
For RedDoorz standards, this by far has been the most dreadful stay I have encountered. I had to check out a day early.
Initially, upon check-in, I asked if I could upgrade my room to one that includes a balcony. They said, since I already paid for my 3D/2N stay online, they can't do anything about it, even if I could pay the excess upfront.
I was shown to my room, the guy opened the door for me, gave me the key and left.
Checking the room out including my private bathroom, the light in the shower area was not working. I come up to the reception to tell them about it and they changed it immediately. I stepped out for the afternoon and did not come back until 8pm.
When I came back into the room, a big cockroach went in with me. I tried to dial the reception for assistance but the landline was not working. So I come up to the reception, tell them calmly about the roach situation, and they just stared at me as if questioning why am I indifferent to the situation. I had to explain that I'm not scared of the cockroach, but I don't want to be sleeping in a room where I know its creeping around. I asked if they have bug spray so they can use it to eliminate, not just the cockroach, but also other insects that may or may not be creeping about in the room. The guy in the reception went looking for bug spray and assisted me to my room, lo and behold, the cockroach was nowhere to be seen. Still I asked the guy to spray around to eliminate other insects. (later on, tiny cockroaches came out from their hiding place and I eliminated them myself.)
I asked him about the landline, he said its working. I tried it in front of him and said that there is no dial tone and insisted that he try it. and he did. he said that's how it works. (at this point, I just gave up.)
No instructions to use the landline, TV, or evacuation plan in case of emergencies.
My room had an air conditioning unit that used makeshift knobs as if they were metal handles from old fixtures.
Nothing. Dirty
