Foi esquecido um shampoo no hotel após o check out. O Hotel foi comunicado por telefone. Retornei ao estabelecimento, sendo atendido de forma sinica e morosa. Algo tão simples... do momento que eu comuniquei até a efetiva entrega do bem, levou mais de 1 (uma) hora. Atrasando a viagem! Péssimo atendimento! Recepcionista e Gerente Platonista jogando a responsabilidade uma para a outra!

Hotel bom, café da manhã maravilhoso

Café da manhã incrível.

Cons:

Chuveiro não saiu água quente e nem o ar-condicionado funcionou, porém como cheguei muito tarde para dormir não quis trocar de quarto, pois a recepção estava cheia com apenas uma pessoa atendendo, creio que tive azar, já fiquei em outros comfort e não tive problemas
