Schöne Ferienwohnung mit besonderer Aussicht.
Pros:

Das Apartment liegt, wie beschrieben, oberhalb der Stadt. Von der Terrasse aus hat mein einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge, das Tal und die gesamte Stadt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Bad bietet Platz und die Betten sind bequem. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. In der Umgebung waren Restaurants und Shops bequem zu erreichen.

Book this place if you are looking for accomodation in Gjirokaster. This is absolutely wonderful!
Pros:

The apartment pleasantly surprised us—it was even better than we had expected. Everything was excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for more. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive.
Although the apartment is small, it was perfectly sufficient for us and felt very comfortable. It is equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay.
Breakfast was exceptional. The host prepares it individually for each guest at the time that is most convenient for them. It was generous and delicious, including eggs, fresh fruit, and a sweet treat.
The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking.
The apartment is also ideally located, just a short walk from the Old Town, restaurants and Gjirokastër Castle.

A big thank to the host for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Saubere Unterkunft mit atemberaubender Aussicht
Pros:

Top Lage - tolle Aussicht auf die Burg und in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Direkt neben dem Zekate Hause gelegen. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Freddy ist sehr professionell und freundlich. Frühstück wird zur vereinbarten Zeit auf der Terrasse serviert. Zum Teil haben sie Zimmer eine Waschmaschine, was ebenfalls sehr hilfreich ist. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände vorhanden. Wir konnten unser Auto auch länger dort stehen lassen, da wir am Tag der Abreise noch die Stadt anschauen wollten.

Anfahrt: bei Google Maps Big Market eingeben und dann beim Kreisverkehr die erste Ausfahrt nehmen und den Schildern Kerculla Resort folgen. Das Kerculla Resort liegt oberhalb der Unterkunft und so kommt man durch die Schilder an der Unterkunft vorbei. Anfahrt problemlos möglich. Freddy schickt auch eine Wegbeschreibung. Wichtig: nicht Google Maps folgen!

Fazit: Preis-Leistung-Top, saubere Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, grandioser Ausblick und tolle Lage.

Super Lage, top Ausblick, tolle Gastgeber!
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf Stadt und Kalaja. Ich hatte das Apartment mit Stadtblick gebucht. Die Lage ist top. Ca. 10 Minuten bis zum alten Bazar und Kalaja zu Fuß. Auch der Weg in die „Neustadt“ unten war zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir haben das Auto gar nicht bewegt. Tolle Gastgeber die jederzeit zur Unterstützung da waren. Vorzügliches Frühstück mit frische „petulla“. Die besten Petulla die ich je gegessen habe.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist nicht so leicht zu finden aber mit telefonischer Unterstützung vom Gastgeber problemlos. Fredi war auch unterstützend in Bezug auf meine Höhenangst in Verbindung mit den engen Straßen. Damit konnte ich das Auto erfolgreich in der Einfahrt parken.

A lovely spacious property with unparalleled views and a large terrace.
Pros:

Lovely brand new property with unparalleled views. Host was most helpful and satisfied all our requirements.

Cons:

Challenging to drive up to but we got all the help we needed from the host. The property is very high up in the old town and by the very topology of the town it requires quite some steep walking to get around. It works well for able bodied individuals but will be a tough challenge otherwise.

Pros:

The owner was very nice, he directed us to his house by mobile. The room was not big , there is one double and a single sofa bed .A kitchen equipped with a cooker, coffee machine and washing machine. Breakfast was set up out in the terrace over looking the old town below .The place was nice and quiet at night. If you don't mind walk up hill , it is ideal for you.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 2 Nächte.
Das Hotel liegt relativ weit oberhalb von Gjirokaster, wodurch man einen super tollen Blick auf die Stadt und die Burg hat. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung des Vermieters war sehr hilfreich. Trotzdem ist es aufgrund der engen Gassen eine kleine Herausforderung. Der Besuch der Altstadt oder der Restaurants ist nichts für Fußfaule.
Das Frühstück wird auf der Terrasse serviert - traumhaft. Es ist sehr üppig auch wenn es kein Buffet ist. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Het is een stijle klim en afdaling maar lopend ben je binnen een kwarier in de oude stad

Cons:

Met de auto door Gjirokaster het verblijf vinden.
Indien je in Gjirokaster de borden "Resort Kerculla" volgt rijd je langs de accomodatie.
De host spreekt geen engels of duits,geen probleem de communicatie verder was goed

Mauvaise expérience pour nous
Pros:

La vue superbe sur le château.

Cons:

Accès très compliqué au logement malgré coordonnées GPS.
Logement mal isolé, nous avons entendu des aboiements et miaulements incessants d’animaux sous nos fenêtres toute la nuit qui nous ont empêchée de dormir (pas plus de 3 ou 4 heures).
La climatisation est inclinée sur la tête lorsque nous sommes couchées dans le lit, ce qui est très désagréable.
Le rideau de douche bien trop petit qui, même en faisant attention, ne protège pas et fait que l’on en met partout. Pas de raclette pour nettoyer à disposition.
Le petit-déjeuner passable, produits de moindre qualité peu de variété de choix en comparaison des autres logements où nous avons été en Albanie.
Très déçues, nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester les 2 jours prévus mais nous avons préféré pouvoir nous reposer ailleurs pour nos vacances et sommes parties au bout d’un jour sans que l’hôte nous propose un remboursement.

Pros:

Belle et grande chambre, je dois souligner que c'est avec une cuisine partagée au milieu des deux chambres mais ce n'était pas un problème les personnes en face étaient calmes.
Vue sur la ville incroyable depuis la terrasse partagée
Une fois sur la place de parking plus besoin de bouger tout est accessible à pied

Cons:

Évacuation de la douche hors de la douche , du coup on a vite les pieds dans l'eau dans la salle de bain , un tapis de douche serait le bienvenue
