Great value for money and super smart room
Pros:

The room had everything to stay inside for one week. I liked the kitchen and the space of the room. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Great location.

Cons:

The rooms are tidy and clean, has an elevator. But my stay here was blackened by one important detail: I basically got robbed.
I moved in from 10th until 18th of March. The decisive factor for me was that they let in with pets. For an extra fee for 15 Eur daily.
When I moved in, I was slightly confused from the lengthy trip, so I paid the extra fee for cat stay, for the whole eight days, 120 euros. But since the cat stayed for four days only (even three, on Friday 13th I took her to another place), I naturally asked for a refund of the extra sum that I initially overpaid.
So I went to the reception, where administrator Stefanie listened to me and said that she will ask around. Full of hope that I will get my money back, I went on to walk around Berlin. When I returned in the evening, I asked the other administrator, Narine, if there is some news regarding my issue. And she answered that “unfortunately, it is impossible”, and when I asked back if they “basically scam me for my 60 eur”, she replied “Yes”, being visibly sad.
Thus, the issue is not probably the girls not wanting to do their job, obviously not. The issue is that the company that owns the hotel does not value the trust of their clients and has the audacity to just throw away the trust of people that feed them. And have no healthy refund mechanism, they denied me the refund based on the fact that I paid cash and the cash was already sent away to the bank.
The room was 402. Though the hotel is tidy and clean, comfortably located, with friendly staff, I cannot recommend choosing it after what happened to me.

Ich würde das Hotel empfehlen aufgrund des Preises.
Pros:

Alles Neu, sauber und Modern. Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, etc.

Cons:

Hotel wirkte etwas kühl, lieblos, standard. So wie eben fast alle neuen Hotels in dieser Preisklasse.

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja (dojazd do dworca głównego 20 min jeden autobus), fajna opcja z aneksem kuchennym, wygodne łóżka, czysto, pięknie pachnące żele

Cons:

Odbiór karty w recepcji innego hotelu- personel dał kartę bez przekazania informacji o numerze pokoju (trzeba było się dopytać- numer nie był zapisany na “opakowaniu” karty); mało papieru toaletowego, a brak personelu w hotelu, żeby poprosić; okno jedno do otwarcia uchylnie, więc było ciepło
