Modern and convenient.
Price for a dog is too high. Booking should provide more visibility on such extra charges.
Room was super clean and had pretty much everything for a few nights stay, with equipped kitchen being a plus. Really convenient location, a few stops from Hbf, especially for those who want to attend events in Olympiastadion. The neighborhood is totally quiet and chill.

They have everything you need and a good location. This was my second time staying here.
Not much. The area is quite central but if you rent a car, you can find parking spurs easily.
Unfortunately, there were many issues with our stay.
First, the cleanliness was poor when we arrived. At the time of booking, the website indicated that housekeeping was available, but we later learned that cleaning was provided only once per week. Since our stay was only six days, this effectively meant that we would receive no housekeeping service during our stay. We had to negotiate for daily cleaning at an additional fee.
More seriously, my daughter’s toy seal went missing from our hotel room. Her other two toys were left behind, which made the disappearance of this particular toy especially difficult to understand. It was an old toy with tremendous sentimental value, as she had owned it since she was born.
What was most upsetting was the way the situation was handled. Despite sending emails and leaving messages, I received no meaningful follow-up. The matter did not appear to be taken seriously, and we were later told that the toy had never been in the hotel room. Rather than investigating the situation properly and communicating with us respectfully, our concerns were dismissed and our account was questioned. The lack of follow-up, dismissive treatment, and accusations made the experience deeply upsetting and are major reasons why we would not return.
There was also no air conditioning, which made the room extremely uncomfortable during the heat wave.
Arriving at night was confusing because it was not made clear that check-in had to be completed at a different location. This should have been communicated clearly before arrival, particularly for guests checking in late at night. We didn’t find a single staff member at the Candlewood Suite, only next door at IHG.
In addition, we found the staff at the IHG hotel to be extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in their interactions with us. Almost gang member like.

Excellent hotel, very clean, with delicious breakfasts and exceptionally friendly staff. The location is perfect for attending concerts.
