Pros:

This hotel was better than its sister hotel we stayed in Busan. This hotel had staff available. Our room was serviced each day.

Cons:

One of the Best Hotel Franchises in South Korea
Pros:

The Brown Dot is my favorite hotel franchise. The decor for each room is always charming and unique. The staff is helpful and kind even when they do not speak English. The bathtubs are spacious and the hot water is plentiful. It's also near restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores.

Cons:

I have no complaints other than I always have trouble with the TV remote. It's slightly off the beaten path but close to main public transportation and a straight shot walking to the downtown area.

Good for the price
Pros:

Staff was nice, although communicating in English was not the easiest. Location is walking distance to Taehwagang station, and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. in Samsan. The room was spacious and the bathroom was better than I expected it to be, especially for the price.

Cons:

Although the location is good relative to its surroundings, I was taken aback a bit by the neighbourhood. Granted, the hotel looks very nice compared to the buildings around, and the interior looks like it doesn't belong in this part of town. One thing I really struggled with was the emergency exit sign in my room. It was very bright and I had a hard time sleeping because of it.
