Fuimos para 5 días y nos quedamos 12.
Pros:

El bungalow estaba nuevo y tenía todo lo necesario, limpiaban la habitación cada mañana y te reponían el agua, gel y champú.

Cons:

Por la noche se escuchaba algo de música de al rededor, pero se puede dormir perfectamente.

PARADISE IN GILI !!
Pros:

The most beautiful property, the attention to detail and care the owner has is unmatched. We had the most relaxing stay, nice big comfy bed and good aircon. The property is close to the beach and also steps from lots of restaurants and shops, the perfect location on the island. The room and bathroom are so spacious and has everything for a comfortable stay. The grounds of the property are so well looked after, there are two nice pools which is great as we always had a pool for ourselves. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough, if you are coming to Gili Air you will not regret booking this place. The owner and young man who manages the property are so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. Only problem was we had to leave!

Pros:

Sampai Jumpa has a wonderfull location close to the beach in the less touristy area of Gili Air. Closely located to restaurants and dive shops. The room has everything you need, including a set of natural soaps. To trump this all the host provides you with all the advice you need, especially on good restaurants on island. She even helped us organising our trip across Lombok.

Cons:

Nothing really. Just don't believe the bad comments.

Pros:

En plus d’être spacieuse, la chambre était très propre et dotée d’équipements très appréciable (eau à disposition, café, climatisation, frigo…). La salle de bain est très propre et moderne. Les deux piscines ainsi que l’aménagement extérieur sont très plaisants. L’hôte a été de bons conseils dès mon arrivée en me recommandant des restaurants, des activités etc. Le matériel de snorkelling est gratuit et il y a également la possibilité de louer des vélos. Je suis tombée malade durant mon séjour et l’hôte a été au petit soin avec moi en me traitant comme sa fille. Merci infiniment pour ce séjour !

Lella est une hôte formidable ! Nous avons adoré séjourner chez elle. Elle s'est occupé de nous organiser des excursions, transports...
Elle n'hésite pas à prendre de son temps pour conseiller au mieux ! Le lieu est génial, à deux pas de la plage, des restaurants et autres..
Pas trop proche de la mosquée (pour ceux qui aiment dormir le matin 🤗).
Lella met à disposition du matériel de snorkeling, ce qui est aussi très appréciable, bref foncez si vous aimez les endroits calmes, chaleureux et reposants 🥰

We were threatened by the owner to the point of us fearing for our safety and going to the police..

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!

Our stay at Sampai Jumpa is and was a nightmare. The owner harassed and threatened us over the span of multiple days.

We had a good first night when we received a message from the owner the next day saying that we broke a pool float. We instantly walked back to the hotel, where we apologized for any mishap from our site. The Owner however told us to pay her 40 Euros cash, now, for the float. We asked for a receipt since she claimed that she bought it on Amazon but she did not want to give us one.

When we looked up the exact brand & model of the float, we saw that it actually only cost 10 Euros, which we then offered to pay her on the spot. Suddenly she wanted 25 Euros instead of the initial 40 Euros since the float was hard to buy in Gili Air and 15 Euros extra were for picking it up from the main island and her time.

We found her behaviour unprofessional and declined to pay random amounts of money with no receipt. She then threatened us that if we did not go to Lombok right now to buy a similar float or pay 25 Euros to her, she would kick us out of the hotel one day early, since one night at her hotel cost 25 Euros so if we left earlier, our debt would be paid.

We told her that we would check out the next morning, one day early, which made her cancel our entire booking, saying that we never even checked in at the hotel. She tried to gaslight us by stating that it was us who cancelled the booking (we have screenshots that prove she canceled the booking).

When we checked out one day early the next day, we received a voice memo over a new number calling us criminals, stating that she knows where we will stay next and that she knows the owners and that we should look out in Gili Air. Her exact words were even worse namely "hati hati in Gili Air".. (be careful in Gili Air) because she doxxed us to other people..

Really gorgeous place and such a lovely location. Went for a break with my mum, and we both loved how quiet the place was and how close to the beach it was. Lella is also wonderful and so helpful for anything that you need.

Pros:

L’établissement est agréable situé à côté de la mer, piscine petite mais suffisant pour se rafraîchir.

Cons:

Nous avons moins apprécié le comportement de la responsable de la villa qui se permet de rentrer dans notre chambre sans notre présence, nous sommes partis manger durant 1h un soir en laissant la clim allumée pour garder la chambre fraîche avant de dormir et elle s’est permise de rentrer pour l’éteindre.
Elle est même rentrée dans la chambre pendant que mon conjoint faisait sa douche, pensant que nous avions oublié de fermer la porte principale de la chambre.
Il était donc difficile de se détendre totalement avec une personne omniprésente et contrôlante pendant le séjour.

Superfijn verblijf! Rustige maar gezellige buurt, strand op 3 minuten lopen
Pros:

Onze kamer was bijzonder ruim en de badkamer zaaaalig groot: lekker de ruimte voor al je spullen en een heerlijke douche!
Eigenaresse Lella wil alles voor je regelen wat je maar nodig hebt, op een hele prettige manier. Prijzen gewoon realistisch, helemaal prima.
Fietsen te huur voor weinig, bed was helemaal oke, kluisje, koelkastje, fijne kast voor je kleren, koffie- en theefaciliteiten, airco en je hebt een eigen terrasje waar een ventilator hangt: heerlijk.
Het is klein (totaal 6 kamers?) maar heel fijn. 2 zwembaden, héél rustig straatje maar om de hoek gelijk een klein supermarktje en wat andere winkeltjes en restaurants. Strand op 3 minuten loopafstand. Je kunt op het strand liggen of gebruik maken van de strandbedden van 1 van de restaurants. Dan wel graag zo nu en dan wat bestellen.

Cons:

Niets. De fiets had een drupje olie nodig maar verder was het heel erg fijn. Wij waren er 4 nachten.
