Loved staying here and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Property was very clean and has everything you need. It was easy to find and owner was very helpful in that regard. Ample room for one or two people. 7/11 1 minute away from the apartment.

Cons:

Location maybe a bit far from central areas of Tokyo but obviously booking at Ikebukuro, I already knew that. Having said so, 2 very well connected subway stations are 9 and 18 minutes walk away so not that bad.

很喜歡這個舒服的房源，CP質很高。
Pros:

位置住宅區，十分安靜。離要町站走路不用十分鐘，對我們來說是方便的。

Comfortable, quiet residential area
Pros:

Overall very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and allowed me to deliver our luggage which he picked up himself and personally delivered, even though this is more of a rental apartment not a hotel with front desk services. We liked that it is in a quiet residential area and there are cheap supermarkets nearby. We also enjoyed using the kitchen and washing machine.

Cons:

No dealbreakers but there were a few very small things that I thought could make the apartment more comfortable: kitchen could have some more supplies like a colander, frying pan, and kitchen area would be nice to have more outlets (we had to switch from plugging the microwave and water kettle because there weren’t enough outlets). The only garbage is in the kitchen and it would be nice to have a garbage in the bathroom. The bathroom could have more hooks to hang clothing/towels.

The apartment itself is a decent walk from Ikebukuro station (about 20 min), there are smaller stations that are closer 8-10 min but to get to big areas and JR line it is easier to go to the bigger station. Also it is an apartment on the 4th floor and no elevator.

Spacious and comfortable
Pros:

We had a great time at the Nishiike Apartment The apartment was spacious (with quite a big wardrobe and plenty of cupboards in the hall, bathroom and kitchen), comfortable, clean and equipped with basic amenities. The fridge freezer, air conditioning and washing machine were a plus and very much used during our stay there. We had no issues with the instructions to arrive at the location (they were very well organised, had maps and distance from the apartment to each main place) and with the box to collect the keys. Overall, we had a great time and it was a great value.

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that the apartment was located on the 4th floor and the building had no lift. It was not easy to carry the suitcases all the way up.
Although, we had three metro stations around the apartment, they were not really that close and, after a long day walking around Tokyo, it was quite unpleasant to walk back there. This was entirely my fault as the distances were clearly highlighted on the instructions file.

Exceptional
Pros:

- Loved that it was close to many convenient stores
- Situated in a quiet neighbourhood
- Accommodation was clean, and everything was available (except toothebrushes)
- Close to Sunshine City
- Staff were friendly and very communicative

Cons:

- Not something I dislike at all but it is a bit of a walk to the train stations (7 minutes ish)
