La habitación le falta mantenimiento
El personal fue muy amable y estaba súper limpio, la ubicación perfecta y muy cómodo. Buena relación calidad-precio.
Necesita mantenimiento, un poco de pintura, puertas nuevas y las lámparas que faltan y estaría excelente.

El hotel estaba muy sucio muy descuidado, no lo asean. No tiene elevador y hay que seguir caminando hasta cinco pisos. No hay comedor las regaderas están muy mal estado. Y el personal es bastante descortés Yo diría que es déspota

Excelente ubicación cerca del malecón y en general el centro de Veracruz. Es un hotel básico, eso sí, limpio para descansar y bañarse (sin lujos)
Sentí que estuvo algo elevado de precio para lo que ofrecía el hotel en cuanto a instalaciones. Por ese precio he reservado en mejores hoteles en otras ciudades
