Las cortinas de la habitación no del todo.
No hay interruptor de la luz cerca de la mesita de noche, por lo que tienes que ir con la linterna del móvil al levantarte/ acostarte.

Por indicar algo, pero no ha sido una molestia real, la wifi tiene algun momento de desconexión

De Superior Suites met sunset view hebben wat problemen met afzuiging en afvoer maar er werd zeer snel en efficiënt actie ondernomen door het personeel.

We were very exciting when making the booking as we wanted to treat ourselves a little. When we first arrived we were welcomed by a lovely lady and given a welcome drink at the bar ( nice touch). The following days ( we stayed 4 in total) we noticed , there were staff around but no one seemed to be working .. there is a bar but no one is ever there ( if you ring the bell someone will come but just felt like we were being an inconvenience to them) We used the laundry service and they wash and fold your clothes ( again good service ) however I felt a bit weird as they were folding our clothes and underwear etc in the lobby area and everyone could see our personal items and it just felt strange and not a high standard in my opinion.

Extremely obvious to not only me and my partner but we spoke with other guests and they also commented on this that we all felt like there were talking and laughing at the guests .. The staff were just on their phones alot and it didn’t feel like a high standard resort which was such a pity.

We checked out 3 days early.

Verry small room, poor sound isolation with other rooms.

Located directly on the main road, so expect motorcycles roaring just a few meters from your bed throughout the entire night. In the morning, you’re greeted by heavy traffic noise and roosters crowing from dawn onward.

The room has a tiny window facing the wall of the building next door, so there is virtually no natural light or view. It also smells musty…

The mattress is one of the cheapest possible and completely unsuitable for two adults. Don’t expect a comfortable night’s sleep.

One more warning: be very careful with transportation from the port. We assumed a five-star resort would provide complimentary or reasonably priced transfers. Instead, they simply called a local driver who charged an outrageous fare—as if we were taking a taxi in Zurich.

Overall, this property falls far short of the standards you would expect from a five-star resort.
