The food, especially breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel wasn’t huge.
Saturday lunch times are busy with change over. Some rooms
Need a bit of tlc - our overhead shower didn’t work. We were put in a room right by the mosque and as much as we find the prayers comforting, we were woken too early for a holiday. Unfortunately, we would have had to pay a premium to move on the 2nd night as there were no equivalent rooms available so we stayed. On our second evening we had to cancel our last night as we were suddenly called home to my father who was dying. I understand that we had paid upfront for the rooms so it was unlikely, but the receptionist told us to contact booking.com. Once home when I tried, booking.com contacted the hotel who told them that they wouldn’t reimburse us. I then emailed to hotel directly and heard nothing back.
We had an amazing stay at Les Deux Tours. If you're looking for somewhere peaceful to completely switch off, this place is hard to beat. The grounds are simply stunning-beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and a real sense of privacy.
The pool was definitely one of our favourite parts of the stay. It's large, surrounded by beautiful trees, with plenty of sun loungers. It's without a doubt one of the highlights of the hotel.
The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, always happy to help and making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. We can't praise them enough-they go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Every member of the team was attentive, helpful, and incredibly friendly.
The food was excellent too, with delicious breakfasts and great evening meals.
If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet place to relax, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Les Deux Tours. We'll definitely be coming back next year! An amazing stay from start to finish!

Le jardin verdoyant, la piscine cristalline, les chambres décorées avec finesse, le confort général, le calme et la propreté, la qualité du petit-déjeuner et de la restauration, le personnel très engagé et le sentiment d’une équipe soudée au service des résidents. Troisième fois que nous nous y rendons - et toujours aussi enthousiastes !

Notre séjour aux Deux Tours était parfait, le petit déjeuner délicieux, piscine magnifique, l'endroit superbe, calme et paisible. Notre chambre était très belle, avec une belle salle de bain également. Tout le monde était chaleureux, disponible. Merci pour tout.
Warm welcome, beautiful grounds, helpful staff always, pool gorgeous, not too busy, quick access via taxi to centre, room spacious and very lovely, breakfast was delicious and lastly the spa hammam experience was exceptional.

It’s a fantastic, peaceful place to unwind. Staff are the best. All of them. The food is delicious and it’s only 20 minutes away from the city.

Only complaint is that the shower was a hose over the bath tub and had to be handheld.
