Un séjour d'une perfection absolue ! La gentillesse et la qualité du service sublime ce lieu magique, havre de paix niché dans le calme de la palmeraie. Chaque espace est intimiste, décoré avec goût, et participe à l'immersion. Les différents espaces de bar et restaurant satisfaiseront les palais les plus exigeants. Le hammam traditionnel est une expérience à faire absolument. Le personnel est attentionné, procurant un rituel d'une douceur incroyable. Que dire des chambres, nichées dans leurs espaces respectifs loin des regards, un petit cocon dans lequel on aime se retrouver. Shokran bzzef 🙏🏻

Un moment suspendu dans le temps !
Pros:

Un vrai Jardin d’Eden ! Tant par son architecture que par sa tranquillité sans oublier Yoshi un chat si attachant et exceptionnel !

Cons:

Rien concernant l’établissement .. cependant le non respect du règlement concernant la tranquillité des lieux par certains parents accompagnés d’enfants très bruyants.

A beautiful hotel that could be perfect with a little effort .

Beautiful gardens and rooms. Food was great as were the cocktails

Cons:

They really need to sort out their coffee,it was awful and such a surprise as all the food we had was exceptionally good .

Some of the staff are a bit abrupt , I don’t know is if this is because we are English and they are happier / more comfortable speaking in French. Also I was surprised when we left that we weren’t asked about our experience and whether we had enjoyed our stay. This is in my experience is pretty standard.

Our to go place, feeling at home in the best way possible
Pros:

The garden and the pool of the hotel are wonderful. You really disconnect from second 1. The staff is absolutely professional and sincerely warm. They make you feel at home whether it’s your first stay or sixth stay (yeap that’s the risk: if you try this hotel you may want to come back over and over again…). Also, hygiene is really good there, never had any issues.

Cons:

The WiFi in some part of several rooms is not so good. We know you don’t come here to work but sometimes you don’t really have a choice/ have a last minute visio call and then it’s tricky to have a smooth connection.

A beautiful escape
Pros:

I consider myself to be pretty well travelled and this is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. It's like an idyllic garden with different villas/riads which has an authentic natural charm. It really is absolutely beautiful. Everything was superb. The staff are attentive, the surroundings are so relaxing, and the food and drinks are also excellent.

Cons:

Nothing. You could say it's more on the pricey side in terms of a longer stay (I only stayed for two nights) but you really do get what you pay for and more!

A calm and beautiful oasis just a short way from the buzz of Marrakesh
Pros:

It is such a calm and tranquil oasis just outside the buzz of the city centre. The pool and grounds are stunning and our room was really comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms would benefit from some more colour and artefacts/pictures/wall hangings/rugs etc to make them feel more luxurious. We had a grey sofa in our room when there are so many beautiful fabrics and colours from the area that would have suited the room better. A big rug and lots of locally inspired wall art would give the room an extra special feel.
