Top Hotel in sehr angenehmer ruhiger Lage und trotzdem nicht weit von der Stadt.
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und auch sehr komptetent.
Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und vielfältig!

Solo que no hubiera disponibilidad en la habitación con piscina! Pero volveremos y espero reservarla! Jjjj

Staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Beautiful room, extremely spacious with huge comfy bed. Pool area was lovely and the breakfast menu had a great choice. Special shout out to the peacocks!

Cons:

Hotel is outside the medina and taxi costs vary considerably, which can make going back and forth expensive.

Une expérience élégante et reposante dans un cadre idyllique.
Pros:

Séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre magnifique et apaisant. Un accueil et un accompagnement remarquables de la part de Maryam, toujours attentive tout au long du séjour. Kamal, notre chauffeur, s’est distingué par sa ponctualité et ses explications passionnantes sur la Palmeraie.

Service irréprochable également avec Ismaïl et Icham, toujours aux petits soins.

La cuisine est d’un excellent niveau : produits frais du jardin, plats raffinés et savoureux (Salammbo, Pergola), sans oublier des cocktails parfaitement réalisés.

Un véritable havre de paix.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif : devoir repartir en France !

Pool, beautiful grounds and friendly waiting staff.

Cons:

Overpriced food of bad quality. The quality of the food does not match the pricing. They have a vegetable garden on site but there was a lack of fresh fruit and vegetables across the menu. As the location is so remote most meals were at the hotel, they tried to be fancy with their menu but it really does not land.

Reception staff very rude and often forgot requests

They need better reception training and a menu revamp.

They run a shuttle into medina, for whatever reason they drop off a 40min walk away from the medina.

They are so close and the place looks great, they just need to review their food/service.

wir haben als Familie Ferien gemacht
Pros:

Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Anlage sehr weitläufig, stilvoll konisch und ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes Restaurant sowohl mit marokkanischer also auch westlicher Küche. In 15 Minuten ist man in der Medina. Also auch die Lage ist hervorragend.
