They will overbook and cancel your reservation without compensation
Cons:

They overbooked and canceled my reservation after check-in time. When I arrived, the staff was the least helpful person in the world. They even asked me to cancel the reservation by myself. I argued with them, but what they did was saying we can not do anything and you have to wait one and half hour until our manager come lol So if you are thinking of booking this hotel, be careful! Because your reservation might be canceled in the last minutes and they won’t provide any compensation 😉

Относительно близко к площади Таксим, удобно уезжать в аэропорт. Нет крутых подъемов и спусков.

Cons:

При заезде в отель хозяин попытался увеличить оплату на 20 евро. Помогла бумажная распечатка Букинга, в которой была указана стоимость проживания. Комната, которую предоставили на 1 ночь, не производила впечатление ухоженной и чистой. Лампа в ванной комнате мигала, настольная лампа качалась, диван был в пятнах, кондиционер находился над кроватью.

A truly perfect one-night stay — friendly staff, spotless room, and outstanding service.
Pros:

I only stayed for one night, but everything was beyond expectations. The management was very professional and clearly cares about every detail. The reception staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile — they made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job; the room was spotless, well-prepared, and everything felt fresh and clean. The atmosphere of the hotel gave me a warm and comfortable feeling, as if I was more than just a guest. It’s rare to see a place where every department — from management to reception to housekeeping — works in harmony to make the guest’s experience perfect.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. My short stay was perfect from start to finish.

The staff were really kind and helpful.

Cons:

I am very disappointed with my stay. The video they sent me did not match the reality at all. It seems they are using very old videos from when the hotel was newly opened, but the actual condition now is completely different.

The chairs and sofa were extremely dirty and uncomfortable to sit on. The bathroom was also in poor condition. Nothing looked new as shown in the video—they are misleading guests with outdated images.

Overall, the reality was far below my expectations. I do not recommend this hotel.

one of the best hotels to stay in istanbul
Pros:

Even though I only stayed for one night, everything was excellent. The management was very professional, the reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team kept everything perfectly clean. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and the way everyone cared about the guests.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. My stay was excellent from start to finish.

Понравилась цена, на 7 человек 68 евро, это объективно мало. Расположение хорошее, персонал дружелюбный.

Cons:

Полы липкие, босиком ходить невозможно, совсем. Дверь входная намазана чем-то, жирная вся и ручка. Окно в спальне не закрывалось совсем, сломаны крепления, полотенца были только 4 шт на 7 человек, в целом вся мебель, техника, сан узел, матрасы сильно сильно уставшие, в целом за такую цену, только мужикам переночевать подойдет, но с девочками точно не комфортно будет.

Pros:

Это вполне нормальный хостел, подходит для семьи, с очень хорошим расположением. Центр города, всё рядом, куча магазинов, транспорт, достопримечательности. Персонал честно старается решить возникающие вопросы. Не возлагайте особых надежд на люкс комфорт, но, в целом, неплохо. Советую готовить самим, выйдет гораздо дешевле, на кухне есть всё необходимое. Куча котиков на близлежащих улочках!

Cons:

То, чего не избежать в городе-миллионнике и на что персонал повлиять не может ))) Шум, грохот, стройка прямо под домом. Но отпуск не навсегда, можно и не обращать внимания.

Sono rimasto soddisfatto di tutto di questo hotel. Camere pulite e servizio impeccabile, qualcosa che non ho trovato nei migliori hotel in Francia. I receptionist Abu Ali e Sadeq sono stati molto rispettosi e disponibili con i clienti. Consiglio questo hotel ai miei connazionali in Italia.
