Excellent Kind Staff!!!
Pros:

Turkish Airline had a disaster with their aircraft, reason why our flight TK55 was cancelled including the connecting flight. They had to put us in the hotel (all 200+ passengers (EHC) It was chaotic but the staff that night were full of patience to those furious guests.

When we arrived last Jan 23, we waited for almost 30 mins after we got our room, we feel iritated coz we want to rest at once but they ask us to wait, supposed to be our room will be ready upon our arrival...

سىء جدا والسبب المطعم

اهم شىء ان الغرفة كانت مريحة وجيدة ويتوفر فيها ماطلبته وهو شطاف بالحمام

للاسف نظام المطعم كان سىء جداجدا حيث لاتتوفر الخصوصية للضيف وكانت لحظة مزعجة جدا ان يشاركنى طاولة الطعام عند الفطور شخص لااعرفه فضلا عن المنظر المزعج امام جهاز القهوة وعدم توفر الاكل الصحى المناسب ، كل انسان يحب كل صباح ان يذهب لتناول فطوره جوى هادىء مع موسيقى صباحية جميلة لكن للاسف مطعم الفندق كانك فى سوق لبيع السمك ازعاج وعدم راحة هذا امر لايليق بفندق يتبع مجموعة ماريوت لقدوجدت مطعم الفطور من اسوا مطاعم الفطور فى حياتى لذلك لن اكرر الاقامة مسنقبلا فى هذا الفندق لان مطعمه تعيس جدا جدا وتندمت اننى طلبت الغرفة مع الفطور لاعتقادى بان الامر سوف يكون على مايرام لذلك حاول ان اكمل ايام رحلتنى بالفطور خارج مطعم الفندق ..

no cabinets for clothes in my room, only 4 hangers. I have to keep my clothes in my suitcase, what us very unpractical when Im staying for 9 nights. no iron in room.

The shuttle bus from the hotel to Novena, the filtered water tap in the bathroom and the cleanliness of the room. Great swimming pool and staff were friendly

They provided a conditioning shampoo instead of separate shampoo and conditioner. They also did not provide enough storage space so the room was cluttered

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Singapur! Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel, leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück. Großer Poolbereich mit ausreichend Liegen und einem flachen Bereich für Kinder. Kostenloser Shuttlebus zur MRT Novena. Wir haben ihn nur einmal genutzt, da quasi vor der Tür mehrere Busse halten mit denen man überall in Singapur hinkommt.

Company Annual Dinner at Aloft Ballroom

Last night’s annual company dinner was honestly one of the smoothest and most enjoyable events we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well organised and relaxed, which set a great tone for the night. The food was a real highlight. The roast chicken was juicy and flavourful, the steamed fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the spinach with mushroom was simple but surprisingly comforting. Every dish came out on time and was clearly prepared with care.

What really elevated the experience was the service. Our server, Hermine, was attentive without being intrusive and constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Requests were handled quickly and with a smile, which made the whole evening feel effortless for us as guests.

Special mention also goes to the managers, Izwan and May, who were incredibly helpful throughout the night. They were hands-on with setting up, clearing up, and facilitating the flow of activities, all while remaining calm and professional. It was clear they were always looking out for us and anticipating what might be needed next.

Because of the team’s professionalism and care, the event ran smoothly from start to finish. Everyone was able to relax, enjoy the food, and focus on connecting with one another. I left the dinner genuinely happy, knowing everyone had a great night and that the venue played a big part in making it a success. I would gladly recommend this place for future company events again.
