Passable on extreme edge
Pros:

All rooms were maintained, except gallery.

Cons:

Facility mentioned before booking were not effectively maintained ie in one room heater not working where as in other room wifi not working, building is of 4 floor but no lift is available also wifi range couldn't cover in all floors especially on 3rd and 4th floor., 3 times I have changed the room

Good stay to let others know about!
Pros:

The people were very friendly and accommodative
I was always well received by the several receptions at all hours of the day
Prince, the owner's son also stepped in to do reception staff and came across as a kind and humble soul to his employees, which is a rarity and not seen in hospitality,
The room was fresh and clean and regularly house kept ,
The power back up came in straight away
The area is well served by a variety of food places and convenience stores
I would surely come back to stay here again,
Thanks Prince and team- wish you well for your future expemsion in facilities to expand travel and tourism in mohali

Rooms themselves were good

Cons:

The staff was way too suspicious, there was a girl who looked like a prost--. Her look made us uncomfortable, we paid the amount and then we got uncomfortable, we didn't AT ALL feel it was safe so we had take a loss of money and leave immediately, Don't fall for the trap of the pictures, the location is also not very good, they're just catfishing
