Funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Inicialmente fiquei num quarto onde alguma vedação estava com problema, muito provavelmente pelo vazamento do vaso sanitario. Demora na troca de quarto. Quarto sujo, com cabelo de outros hóspedes, tanto no lençol da cama, quanto no banheiro e na própria toalha do banheiro. Não recomendo. .

Bem recepcionado, ótimo hotel mas com alguns problemas.
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, recepção excelente com pessoal preparado, café da manha excepcional, localização excelente, roupas de cama, arrumação, tudo de alto nível. Cama muito confortável.

Cons:

Estava frio e o chuveiro não esquentou muito. O quarto é excelente mas só o banheiro pequeno e meio antigo e feio. A internet (wifi) também não funcionou. Não reclamei de nada. Estava muito cansado. No outro dia pela manhã o chuveiro esquentou um pouco mais. Por fim, o famigerado frigobar vazio.

Todo estaba ordenado y la habitación muy cómoda

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado que el horario del desayuno fuese hasta las 11 am, es hasta las 09 am

Pros:

Gostei da cordialidade e efetividade dos atendentes. E da roupa de cama.

Cons:

Poderia ter cabides no quarto e mais uma cadeira no quarto de casal.
