Recommend
Pros:

The highlight is definitely the stuff. The guy from the reception was very helpful and he did everything he could to make our stay nicer. Room are nice and clean. Great value for the money

Cons:

Location is not so great, very little stuff to do in the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay here.
Pros:

We like this hotel. The room is clean and has everything you need. 10 stars to the front desk receptionist. He is super friendly and nice!

Very positive
Pros:

Giao from the staff was so nice and helped me on many occasions; with renting a scooter, finding a restaurant and always making sure my room was clean and I have everything I need.
The beds were very comfortable and the whole place is modern and nice.

Cons:

The location was a bit remote to beaches, I've used a scooter, but every ride was like 20 minutes. Later I realized it is easier just to use Grab and car.
The resort where the location is is super modern and nice, although a bit empty.

Pros:

Owner shared his scooter with us for free. Conveniently located to activities. Room was clean

Excellent stay, highly recommended!
Pros:

The staff was excellent. Very warm, very helpful, they will do everything to make your stay more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Pros:

The staff were so nice and friendly - really went out of his way to make me feel welcome, allowing me use of their bikes to get around the island
The beds were super comfortable and for my liking
Everything was new so it was modern
Close to an amazing beach and a fab beach club

Cons:

Inside was way too warm - there was air con in the room but getting from the reception to the front room was uncomfortable
Not finished so felt like the details/finishing touches still need to be made
Overall the location was a little strange. It’s part of a massive and amazing complex that’s been built but it’s deserted, so the atmosphere isn’t quite there yet in terms of a holiday resort.
Swimming pool wasn’t open or available to use sadly
