Great employees, but this once fine hotel needs some love from its owner.
Pros:

The employees at the front reception to the employees in the restaurant this hotel were the best. The gym was great as well as was the breakfast every morning. The pool was nice as well but needs some repairs.

Cons:

What once was one of the best hotels according to my wife who's from Sao Luis has fallen into a decline. We moved 3 times because of issues in the rooms. Leaking showers, leaking facets, TV never worked until the last day. They just have sheets on the beds with no comforter. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Cleaning was done but years of neglect has the place a mess. I must say our cleaning girl tried her best. The bones are still there to make this hotel nice again. The employees are dedicated to that, but is the owner?

Cons:

Eu estava em um grupo familiar de 3 pessoas, com duas pessoas alérgicas. Dessa forma, tivemos que trocar de quarto duas vezes, os dois primeiros estavam em condições insalubres decorrentes do cheiro forte de mofo. O terceiro quarto estava um pouco melhor, no entanto, nessa altura os sintomas alérgicos eram evidentes e foi necessário o uso de medicamentos. Não recomendamos o hotel! Precisa de uma boa reforma nos quartos.

Ein Hotel für Anspruchslose und nur für eine Nacht.

Frühstück war vollumfänglich auf brasilianischem Niveau

Das komplette Personal spricht kein Englisch und ist zudem nicht hilfsbereit und unfreundlich! Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, seit der Erstellung wurde nichts mehr investiert und nur notdürftig und halbherzig repariert. Im Bad gibt es kein warmes Wasser, die komplette Bestuhlung innen und auch am Pool ist stark beschädigt. Morgens ab 6 Uhr ist an Schlafen nicht mehr zu denken, da das Haus sehr hellhörig und die Klientel, als auch das Reinigungspersonal sehr laut sind. Zugang vom Hotel zum Strand ist dauerhaft verschlossen.
