Pros:

In the town centre so very convenient. The breakfast is very nice. Water, biscuits and toiletries are provided. The lady who serves the breakfast is lovely and friendly

Cons:

The second staircase at the front of the hotel was a little steep which was not helpful when carrying up a suitcase

Excellent Value for Money in a historic grade 2 star coaching in the heart of a lovely town centre.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice. I had the full English and my wife had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. The food was great as was the service. Coffee could have been a bit stronger but it was fine.

The dinner was wonderful as was the service too. I had a lovely perfectly cooked steak for a great price compared to elsewhere. The wine was good and the Wadworth Horizon beer was perfect.

The room was big and overlooked an attractive market square. It was furnished with a comfortable large bed and oldish appropriate furniture. The bathroom was good with lots of hot water. A towell rack turned on with larger towells on it than most other provide, and there was a generous selection of soaps and shampoo products. A nice touch was the Taylors Coffee bags, Borders biscuits and water bottles. This was amazing considering the price we paid.

The hotel is a little worn in places, but it is sound, warn and full of character. If you love old buildings, it is definitely worth a visit. Devizes is an attractive town too.

The staff are wonderful. It was our second time staying there. We enjoyed it even more this time. We know we are going to come back again.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Easy access to the town centre. Nice bar. Breakfast was excellent. I had Eggs Benedict.

Cons:

Bed was a little too firm for me, but I understand that can be a personal taste. Bathroom a little small. Car park a little cramped, but it is a good thing to have available.

Overall, highly recommend as an accommodation option at a reasonable price. Just unfortunate TV not working. Maybe such
Pros:

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

TV didn’t work. Staff did their very best to sort it out but without success. Was offered alternative room or discounted rate. Elected the latter but discount did not materialise.
